The hours are iffy. Never know when open even when ordering for pick up. Dont even deliver 3 to 4 miles away. Just all around a hit or miss

I paid for extra informed the person who provided my order it wasn't added. She decided to continue to say “she thinks it was added!” Showing her it wasn’t she informs me I’ll have to wait 30 minutes for a remake opposed to them putting it on the side! When a customer pays for something you don’t decide if you want to add it or not! The pizza is barely sauced. I would have asked go light or none if that’s what I wanted. Terrible customer service and resolution skills!

I went for the lunch special. The lady at the window “Erica P” on the receipt, was extremely rude. After is signed the receipt she was waiving my card at me and she “here” in a nasty tone. I will not be going back.

I am super mad, I called in at 9:19 p.m to make an order through the phone and the girl on the phone had the audacity to say they were closed!! when I can clearly see they close at 10pm!! outrageous that they get paid and don't want to work.

Horrible, went in to buy a slice of pizza and the lady behind the counter had a horrible attitude and gave me this tiny slice of pizza on a paper plate that she prepared without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Did I mention her attitude was terrible....... I was so disappointed because I had just gotten a slice from the Aurelios inTinley Park and it was huge, hot, fresh, and amazing. I will be going to thr one in Tinley Park from now on because I love Aurelios!!!!!!!

Two pizzas took 2 hours to deliver! We ordered pizzas for a birthday party. They called us after an hour, saying that there were pizzas still in the warmer, and they were wondering if they were ours. The owner's son seems to have been guilty. They then took an additional hour to deliver. They did not even taste like the original Aurelio's pizza recipe. They were also dry and not hot.

Seems like they have new ownership that raises the prices and also uses way less toppings. I ordered a pizza with sausage and mushrooms and got about dive pieces total. It was like eating a cheese pizza. I will no longer order from here. Richmond Park location is further but I will go there in the future.

First and last time ordering from here. I bought 2 pizzas, and both were burnt to the point where half of each pizza was inedible. I called to inform them of this, and they did not apologize. They just took my phone number and never called me back.
I live in AZ but as soon as I land in Chi-town I’m running to Aurelio’s ☺️
