**Very Disappointed and Sad About Our Visit Today** I was really sad and disappointed after our visit today. I came with my husband and daughter. I ordered pancakes with eggs and bacon, my daughter had a turkey club sandwich, and my husband got steak and eggs. When the food arrived, everything *looked* great—mine and my daughter’s meals were fine. But when my husband cut into his steak and gave me the first bite, we quickly realized something was wrong. At first, the A1 sauce masked it, but then that sour, spoiled taste kicked in. It was awful. We stopped eating immediately and called the server over. She went to speak with the manager and returned to say, “Well, we don't recommend getting another steak.” That was incredibly frustrating—we weren’t trying to get another steak. He just wanted his eggs and hashbrowns, and we wanted the issue acknowledged. At the end of our meal, we even ordered sandwiches to go. But when I went to the register and told the manager how disappointed I was, all he said was, “Yeah, yeah.” No apology. No concern that they served spoiled meat. This experience really left a bad taste in our mouths—literally and figuratively. We’ve had better experiences here before, but today was unacceptable

I ordered the lunch croissant with turkey and turkey bacon. They give me a croissant cheese full of pork bacon after the one that read it back off of the ticket. What I ordered and I called back and told them y'all put pork bacon. He lied and said well that's what's on the ticket. Do not recommend. Do not take accountability

Always packed its like we are at one big dinner table. So you need to get to know your neighbors. I was talking to my friends and we were so close the ladies on both sides keep putting their two cents in our conversation.

Went there for my moms birthday breakfast and they were very busy, but we got seated in less than 10 ,instead for a party of 11 which is pretty fast in my experience. The food was great and the service was quick and friendly. Would definitely go back again.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is a bit difficult to get in the doors, but once in it's fine.

I ordered catering from here for a work party and the food was phenomenal!!!!!! Everyone loved the food so much! Especially the sausage it was the star of the show. I’m so grateful and thankful for this restaurants service. More orders to come soon thank you to an amazing team great customer service!

I visited Big Apple yesterday morning. I decided to get the New York Strip steak. I ordered my medium, it was more like well done. When the asked how was everything, I politely advised her that my steak was overcooked. She came back with the manager who advised me that they don’t redo steaks. I was given an option to order something else or take a discount. Poor service!!!

The food was delicious. The service and attention to the patrons is always amazing. It is nice to dine somewhere and the staff is attentive. Jen was a rock star!
