I ordered two garlic cheese fries and they did not come with any cheese on them. I had to put ketchup on my fries when I got home. Itās just not the same when I was expecting the garlic cheese fries I always get. I want a refund but the lady didnāt even give me a receipt after I ordered. Really disappointed. I want what I paid for.
I called them the next day and they replaced the two orders free of charge. I was very pleased with the resolution on this issue. Thank you. I will be back for more food!

WAZAAM MAPPIIEESS I went to this place to try their garlic fries everybody was raving about. So I went in and ordered a king cornbeef sandwich with everything on it, Jr baby burger add cheese/lettuce/tomatoes/jalapeƱos, 3pc wings, a Italian beef sandwich dipped, and garlic fries. The cornbeef was trash, the bread taste, and stale hard and chewy. The burger tastes like a plain burger. The chicken plain. The Italian beef sandwich was the BEST MF thing I ordered here, so it's so good, so flavorful. The garlic fries are most definitely a hype. They are good. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake n strawberry. Nothing fancy. It tastes just like regular milkshakes. This place is a meh to me, nothing to rave about. Ok cya?

Iāve been a regular customer here since I moved to Illinois a few years ago and by now I know not to come a second before 7. Iām not sure if itās just a placebo affect or if the day time staff is truly this terrible but everytime I eat here before 7 something always goes wrong, whether that my order being completely wrong or dealing with the rude staff or even having to listen to the manager make a fool of themselves with needless outbursts in the back. I cannot stress enough how poor the 12-6 service is in this place. And it only gets marginally better during dinner hours. I will say the only bright lights in this dark pit of a āresturantā are the garlic butter fries and this super polite server with a bob hairdo I canāt quite remember her name but she had piercings, dark hair and everytime I saw her she was smiling and delivering great service. Aside from her id say the rest of the cashiers/servers are either rude or completely disinterested in doing their job

The last few times I have been there, I have received terrible service. The cashiers have an attitude, never puts my order in correctly and I pay a lot of money for them to ration my food. Each and every time the food is smaller but the prices goes up.

I placed an order while at work, picked up and got back to work to find out my order was wrong. wrong to the point that I would not eat it. called to let them know, and to pay better attention because now I'm without a lunch. Well, I got hung up on. Horrible service and even worse customer service. This was my very first time eating here, and it won't happen again.
