I ordered chicken livers 3 different times. All three times the livers were horrible. Unseasoned, greasy, totally lacking that crispy batter. What a waste of money. I guess I will have to go to Oaklawn to get good livers!

You have to be very careful when ordering from this establishment. Their prices online & description of what you will receive is totally different from what you get. I clearly showed the employee their website of what I ordered and the what the cost was. He said the prices are wrong & it's not his fault & to call corporate. I told him I don't have to do all that just refund my payment I don't want their food it's not what I ordered. He tried to refuse giving me a refund so I had to threaten to call the police so they can moderate the situation. Of course they don't want that kind of attention and he gave me my refund. Will never ever buy from this store again. They are f'ing clueless!!

I have no words. They had no fountain drinks. Everything was packed in a million white greased soaked bags with no branding. None of the bags or food totes had browns chicken on it. It took over 10 -15 minutes for food. It reminded me of a low grade generic sharks
2/28/24 - I ordered a small and large chicken livers, they were dark brown, and grease soaked. The bag they came in absorbed the grease. Tasted it and all I tasted was grease. Very disappointed, came all the way from Indiana. Definitely will not return.

I ordered a pd of mushrooms it was hard an salty the polish was hard an so was the seeded buns NEVER NEVER AGAIN then i asked for a refund they totally disrespectful. Don't waist your time or money..
Food was very HOT.. SERVICE RUDE!!!WILL ? NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!FIRST & LAST!!Went thru drive thru and the lady was RUDE , COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAY & GOT THE WRONG FOODS!!I STILL HAD TO GO INSIDE?

I’ve been coming to this location for decades because the service and quality were always excellent.My last visit was on 1-15-2024.The chicken was soaked and dripping excessively with grease, like it was just removed from the fryer. The crust was dark brown.Despite this, it was only lukewarm not hot.Clearly it was double dipped back into the fryer in an attempt heat it back up.On top of that, the mashed potatoes were watery and the green beans were mushy.Please do better.

I almost never write reviews but I had to just so that no one else makes the mistake of going back to this location.I used to LOVE the food at this location...particularly the fried okra, mushrooms and shrimp.After a 6 month absence, I decided to stop by and pick up my favorites. I noticed that the location in under new management, but didn't think it was a big deal. HUGE MISTAKE.It was obvious that everything is fried in old, overused oil. The mushrooms were soggy and the shrimp appeared to be freezer burned and was also soggy. The biscuits were hard as a rock.DO NOT waste your money here!
