Terrible customer service! Dark skin woman with two braids behind the glass has a nasty attitude for no apparent reason! Just rude and tainted the whole experience. The food was okay but won't be back in due to the customer service.

I’m just leaving here I want to say first the food is really good and fresh but the service tonight was absolutely horrible terrible the lady that works there with the two braids rude over talked me and was just nasty from the jump I had to walk out twice because I got so upset with her worst experience ever I refuse to come back now after dealing with such a nasty attitude!!!

I will never go here again I got food from there yesterday so I stop today to buy some sauce. They want sale it if u don't buy a knew order.hmm then that azzz in the back come out talking crazy. Imm done and u hope the owner do something about his help

I place a phone order and asked the lady if my tips could be cut fine and she was like no ma’am we do t do special orders. I was like it’s not a special order I just don’t want those big thick pieces. If I wanted ribs I would have ordered them. Tips mean tips. Then I get there and she rung my order up for a small instead of the large I ordered and then act like she had an attitude with me because she had to do another credit card order for the difference that was less then the $10 credit card minimum.
I am one who is ok with waiting for fresh hot food. That's what I got. My family enjoyed our order

It's been 4 years since the last time I had Chicago Pit Stop bbq and nothing has changed, still the best bbq restaurant.
Food wasn’t that good. Customer service is bad and they claim to not know their own prices over the phone. I was told “I’m in the back, I don’t know the prices” as if they couldn’t look at the menu. Went in to order anyway and food was below average and they are stringy with the sauce. This is the worst location.

I ordered a large pan of pork tips and small pan of turkey tips for a party and they did not disappoint! Everyone at the party raved about them I was so pleased with the quality and flavor of these Chicago style tips. Highly recommend they are better than their city locations

I bought a bucket of rib tips yesterday to have for a few guests today… among other dishes but the rib tips were terrible!!! Nobody could eat them… A total waste of my money

The worst customer service, etiquette ever. I’m only writing this because I want the owner to read it to hopefully improve all common sense customer service. We spent $418 for 4 pans of rib tips one we asked for without sauce, on the side. However, because this was for an event, we sent someone in with the ticket to pick it up and they did not get the sauce on the side. This went unnoticed until after the event which was held on Sunday, let me mention the rib tips were picked up on Saturday about 7 o’clock. No problem we got plenty of food, right. So the company is closed on Monday and Tuesday I personally came in on Wednesday about 1:16 pm and asked to purchase a large container of sauce. For the leftover rib tips. The person behind the counter inform me that they did not sell bbq sauce, unless you have made a purchase,. I, informed him of the large purchase on Saturday and explain to him how we didn’t receive the sauce on the side on Saturday and the sauce wasn’t given to us that we asked for on the side. The men behind the counter, double down on we don’t sell bbq sauce. I’m trying to make sense out of this and informing him that we indeed made a purchase on Saturday pretty large purchase and he told me that the only way to get sauce is you have to buy something. I offered to buy a large order of french fries he laughed at me and told me no not selling french fries so you could buy sauce. I’m confused at this point. I’m posting to highlight, sense customer service, go to extra mile check the receipts from Saturday for verification if a pick up for $418 was pick up and make a better judgment call don’t lose business over a $2.75 cup of barbecue sauce, hard-working people are not gonna throw their money away for bad Service, even if the food is good. Please to better.
I ordered a mini wing/tip combo and this is what I received the food is burnt to the point it is in eatable! I am disgusted with this food and will not be returning

Everytime I'm in the area visiting family I have to stop and get my barbeque fix. Everything from the tips, the links to the chicken and fries smothered in sauce is great. This place is home I love these people

There terrible food nasty and customer service is worse than the food , don’t place order you’re still going to have to wait 15-20 min regardless first and last time
