This chipolte is horrible, the food nasty and the store is always dirty, and hire people who know what they are doing, you got these kids behind the counter playing with people food. SMH

I wish I checked the reviews before I visited this place. I ordered a veggie bowl very simple pinto beans, brown rice, and guacamole. Upon getting home I started to eat it and noticed the pinto beans and brown rice was hard as a rock. In addition, when did they start adding deadly cayenne or something else. I couldn’t eat it was so freakin spicy. I figured maybe they put the spice in the beans. OMG set my mouth on fire took a couple of hours to calm down after drinking milk. Well there’s always a first and last and this is definitely a last for me. Oh and the entryway reeked of cat urine. I don’t think they are going to last the parking lot was empty.

Went in during lunch hour. Not many cars but like many other posts mention it’s due their lack of quality service. Wait time since I get there is about 10 minutes to be seen; majority of the staff are taking way too much to get one thing done; the person that took my order appeared to be disgruntled and rude; unorganized staff; but at least it was clean. Avoid if possible. Will be avoiding.

Dirty! Rude employees. Manager and employees arguing unprofessionally with customers….police had to be called. Situation could have been handled in a more diplomatic and customer friendly way…but the manager instead escalated. Employees doing more chatting and laughing with their friends than paying attention to customers. As much as you pay, employees give you have a spoon meat..and it’s worse if you order online. Gave it a try and never again!

You can't even get into this place???? Who designed the parking lot?! I drive around like 5 times trying to get to the parking lot but it's difficult to get into!!!
The wait is terrible. I don’t mind waiting but waiting 25-30 mins for an order is ridiculous. I recommend going to another location.

Omg the chicken was dry and had no taste no corn the person serving looks mad as hell I asked for extra rice and I don’t mine if I have to pay extra. I won’t go there anymore and they just opened in Chgo Heights terrible

My boyfriend and I had a pickup order for 9:00 and when we arrived we did not get our food until 9:22, because for some reason, the employees do not start making your food until you get to the pickup window which defeats the entire purpose. The bowl itself was just sad. Barely any toppings and you can just tell the person who made it didn’t care. We’ve been to this location a few times and there’s been more misses than hits. Matteson Chipotle is better.

Yall can be more professional about how yall handle missing items, first off you guys always forget the adobo ranch everytime I order and I would have to ask for it as it I’m not being charged for the ranch. But today 9/3/25 whoever the boy was at the window around 5pm didn’t have to be disrespectful to my mother, if she telling you there is no ranch in the bag & you looking at her crazy then tell her your out of ranch rudely for no reason you could at least informed her about that from the start that way she didn’t have to pull back to drive-thru asking for the ranch with your attitude. Didn’t even wanna inform her she can get a refund yall acting like the ranch is not being charged for. I Know you only have attitudes with women whoever that little boy was, I’m always eating there & never had a Disrespectful issue like that but yall always forgetting my ranch. The Young People Needs Better Training Talking To Customers Especially Picking & Choosing Who You Treat Like That.
