Omg the chicken was dry and had no taste no corn the person serving looks mad as hell I asked for extra rice and I don’t mine if I have to pay extra. I won’t go there anymore and they just opened in Chgo Heights terrible
The food is always great. But manager could be better in her own customer service. So dont understand how she watches her employees and have a say so if they do have the best customer service. But this latina young lady that was at the register was very polite and was understanding. Manager puts a sign we came except cash if you have exact amount to pay. And I did have exact amount for my order In cash. I order 3 bowls and a burrito and ms manager saids oh no we can't...
Decent food. Costs a bit more nowadays. Staff can be less then steller to deal with. They have forgotten chips alot or utensils. Can't be called. Frustrating to deal with missing items. Still better then some places.
