Birthday Ruined!!! I came in and ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. The guy I talked to was so nice, he even took the picture out of the book and wrote down everything. When I came to pick up my cake, he acted like he didn't know who I was and went out the back door, and that's when I knew!!! The girl took forever to bring me the cake that was in the case 2 feet away from me and took forever before showing it to me. I was upset but kind when I said that the cake was wrong and they tried twice to give me a refund. I NEEDED THE CAKE I PAID FOR!!! I don't recommend anything but what is fresh and the coffee but I'll never go back. They knew the cakes was wrong and the cake stayed in the box because I was so embarrassed.

The perfect bread took years to buy there... but today a little girl who had a hearing aid on helped me and I wanted the bread with sugar separate from the regular breads and it seems that she didn't even listen to me and did whatever she wanted... And to top it all off I asked her the total twice and she started cleaning the bread trays and then she answered me... I prefer the other usual lady, she is friendly and this girl is not.

Grab a tray and tongs and pick up some of the best sandwich rolls you'll ever get. Cake slices are good. Their croissants are better than most grocery stores. You just might need two trays.
