Placed my order (just under $40.00) sandwich was not made as ordered, the cook snickered when I brought the sandwich back. The girl behind the counter while I was waiting for my food, dumped a customers order on the sandwich prep table, picked out the fries cause customer ordered BG fries and then put food back into the container to go. (Customer ordered gyro plate with fries). The girl running register and the other girl (whom dumped the order on the prep table) were more concerned about something on their phone then customer service. It's sad that a place you go to, to get good food has employees like this. I will be speaking to the owner about this experience and let her know these are the employees chasing away her customers.

Always clutch when you want good Chicago style street food for a good price. The restaurant gives old school diner vibes and can use an update in certain areas, but the staff are fast and friendly.
Not a very warm and welcoming environment. I came in and said "Hello how ya doing?" Got nothing but a blank stare. I then asked, "Everybody doing okay today?" No response from anyone. I turned around and walked out. I was really looking forward trying your food, but I'm big on friendliness and customer service. This place has none!!! Zero all around!!!
