Ordered Italian beef dipped. Saw him put meat on the grill then on my bread. Then saw him use a ladle to get juice and dump it on my bread. Beef was gritty and salty. Old man “Damitri?” Was grumpy and the place was filthy and needed a paint job. Gave it a shot.

My husband and I hadn’t eaten here in a few years and today we quickly remembered why. Overpriced and skimpy portions. My pizza puff looked slightly burnt and my steak taco contained almost no steak, mostly lettuce. They have an odd sign on the door about free soup but when we inquired about it we were quickly denied with a very silly excuse about it not being cold enough outside. Needless to say with so many other option, we certainly won’t be back again.
Try and stop here everytine I visit chicago love the gyro double cheese burger
