Terrible, Avoid this location at all cost. Every time I order something through DoorDash at the store, they don’t send you what you order. This is the second time I loaded hashbrowns were not in the bag they’re over $6 On DoorDash and when you try to call, it’s a magic jack phone. Meaning they don’t even pay for phone service so you can’t even contact them if something is wrong. I want to be refunded For The food I did not receive, but how are you supposed to be refund refunded if you can’t even contact anybody to get a refund. If I could give you a zero, I would

This review is going to sound like I work here lol but I do not. Idk how they do not have 5 stars ! This is thee best dunkin in Illinois! I am absolutely convinced! I go here all the time and I am never disappointed. The staff are friendly professionals lol the food is always hot and the drinks are always perfect! I never regret the trip. Thank you for being consistent! I see you guys!

a couple of the new workers can use some more training but there is new people that is the best! the girl makes sure everything is on point and the guy i believe was here before working makes everything fresh the only one i will let make my food. the manager is the best one they’ve had so far will definitely come back.

This new staff is slow, continuously mess up orders and all of a sudden being cheap with whip cream for pup cups. I will no longer be going to this location until the old friendly staff is back… I mean come on, what the puppies do to yall 🤷🏽♂️

It started out to be a good place, but lately. I ordered an avocado with toast, the toast was hard and cold. I saw one of the workers put away all of the donuts with her bare hands, no gloves, and I would not be going back there.

This morning at around 10am my husband went to get coffee and croissants, he had ask for 4 but they said they only have one. He as for it got the croissant paid and came home so we could enjoy our coffee and croissants while we keep preparing to have a Christmas Day with the family. As I went to grab the croissant it felt veré hard and you could tell right away that it was not made that day, it’s from at least a day or two old, not very nice from Dunkin’ Donuts, staff and management to be serving the community because I live around the area and to be getting that kind of service it’s unacceptable. Do better Dunkin'
I had to wait for my order for 15mins then they forgot to give me the rest of my order after I told them what I was missing they made me wait so more in till they got done with the other peoples orders just for Everything I got from them tasted old a md hot coffee a sm hot coffee and a bacon egg and cheese croissant I’m so disgusting ? I wasted my money and for everybody that came in way after me got they stuff and left was crazy it was another person that came in and said her ice coffee tasted old I will never go back there again and spend my money meanwhile they should have made sure everything was fresh while they had workers there fixing on stuff laying down black stuff where there have to walk in and out of I DON’T RECOMMEND NOBODY TO GO HERE TO GET FOOD OR COFFEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The coffee is alway good at this location and the donuts are fresh early morning. There are a few ladies working that are super friendly but you have one or two that is just there to work and not be friendly no customer service skills but the others make up for them. Fast service as well

I've tried this Dunkin 3-4x and I'll NEVER stop again!! Employees are rude as hell, the coffee is horrible twice tasted like soap, and the once I went inside I got hassled by 2 homeless and place was dirty ? just pass it by and go elsewhere!!
