They are on a drive-thru timer that causes them to be rude. I couldn't find my card it was less than two minutes and the worker demanded that I come in which wasn't happening with 2 two year Olds in the car at that moment.

Very unprofessional went there Thanksgiving morning to grab one donut The drive-thru line was long went inside to order one donut The workers totally ignored the customers that were in lobby to place orders. I asked the member of the team are they not serving the people that are in the lobby to order The gentleman told me the drive-thru line is long they're working that line first and if I want to order go get and get in the drive-thru line. Needless to say I'll never be back .

I go the multiple location of hospital as a doctor and I go to the dunkin to get breakfast since I am muslim I don't eat meat and they give me normal egg sandwich this branch they refused to that without caring about my religion this is horrible for people who don't eat meat never been this disappointed. Horrible service and staff.
Too expensive compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts! I got charged for my cup of ice even though my double shot espresso comes free of charge with ice if I want to!

I ordered a mocha they gave me a regular coffee which cost less paid almost 5.00 stay away or check your order upon leaving never going back no wonder they were playing stupid.

Went to Duncan tonight told my very, very, stale donut would be $1.00 with the senior discount but as l approached the window to pay and my face was seen, the price increased three times as l asked if the senior discount was applied. Finally l was told the price was $1.77, he barely spoke english but knew how to discriminate and cheat. And don’t think you are ever going to use the restroom anymore as a customer because they lie and say it is inoperable every time. The Dunkin further down north on Halsted also discriminates and is no better. Sad, come to my country knowing who they are going to hate before they get here. I am 81 years old so l do look like a senior.
