I’m really disappointed!! Regardless of the measurements if I want light ice , they shouldn’t make the drink half way. They should still fill up the cup and not make it so watery with ice!!! So because I wanted light ice this is what I got!! It’s disappointing !! Starbucks never does this and wish Dunkin’ Donuts would really stop ruining the fact I want to get coffee from here!! But when they make drinks like this, i really don’t think any one want their coffee like this !!!

We pulled to the drive through tonight at 9:58. Took forever to order,then a guy came out put the garbage can in driveway so we can't move anywhere went back inside for another 2 mins then came back and said they r closed? Really. After all that. Apparently they close at 10 yet we were there before the time. Very rude,never will be coming here again. Shame shame.

The Indian woman working the drive-thru at this location consistently seems to have an attitude. While I completely understand that everyone can have an off day now and then, it feels as though every time I visit, she’s always dealing with some issue or expressing frustration. It can be quite off-putting and makes the experience less enjoyable. I value good customer service, and I believe it really sets the tone for a positive interaction. Because of this ongoing experience, I think I’ll start going to the Dunkin' Donuts on 394 instead, where the customer service has consistently been much better. I appreciate being greeted with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude, and it makes all the difference in my day.

I have been going here since I was a lil one. I remember when the donuts were bigger with more fillings. Now I still have gone here because its the closest cofee place in town. I noticed the quality right away when the new managment took over. Recently its gotten really bad. The... I guess managers treat the ladies that work there pretty bad, snappin fingers, I actually heard them call one of the girls "stupid". I finally stopped going here when I saw the "manager" sneeze on the donuts and that was the last straw. Oh and by the way prices are outragoes prices for horrible service. Star bucks in homewood actually has cheaper prices on some stuff.

Every time i decide to go here instead of Beecher or monee my coffee taste terrible like if i could give 0 stars i would when all the good and seasoned people left all the good coffee left too like this is stupid and now I’m wasting money I should have just drove further

Terrible Customer service. Purchased a Dunkin Gift card . Requested a DUNKIN gift card was given a BASKIN card. Was told they are the same. Turns out they are not. You cannot add a baskin card to your dunkin app. Nobody, not even the manger knew this. Admitted they made a mistake, but would not do anything to correct it. All I wanted was to exchange for a Dunkin card. Even had the receipt.

The woman in the drive through this morning was HORRIBLE. If you can’t be happy at minimum don’t be rude. I asked one question about my order and she rolled her eyes. On top of the fact she basically through my things through the window. Put someone else in the window she obviously doesn’t value her job.
