The food is fine if they get your order right. I have never seen such a rude staff though. Every person in the store is scowling and angry, and your order is handed to you silently without eye contact.

$1.50 up charge for cold foam is crazy. When half the time the cold foam is half melted by the time I get my drink. And my coffee is never properly stirred and all the flavor and ingredients is sitting at the bottom. And on top of it everyday I been charged 5.85 and today it’s 6.15 which is whatever it’s 30cents but still. Come on. I come here just cause it’s closer and on my way to work but Starbucks coffee and service is way better and the same price.

So Ive gone to this location last year with no issues. The young ladies who take my order are always amazing& patient. This school year on 3 separate occasions the young man at the window was unpleasant to the point I almost gaslight myself for his attitude. Today when i got to the window, i waited for him to greet me (which he did not) but instead after 45 seconds told me “are you waiting for the total?” which i replied with HELLO, GOODMORNING . I told him i was waiting to be acknowledged at the window& that i know the total i can see it. Then he proceeded to tell me the total is right there & pointed to it as if i couldn’t see. (I had already seen it). I was just really confused & offended honestly because Im always nothing but respectful with service workers considering I’ve worked in this line of industry for over 10 years….

Didn't have the drinks advertised on their door and then when I went to a location that did have it a medium drink was $10 completely absurd and then they were rude about it

A very nasty location with very nasty and rude employees. Upon entering, there were no greetings, which I'm not bothered by. A sales representative at the counter with a bull ring on her nose gave nasty looks, acted as if taking an order was not for her to do, and was just all around disgraceful. One, it's disgusting to serve in this industry with things floating from the nose, which can fall into food items. Two, the way the food items purchased were handled occurred in a nasty way. No gloves when grabbing the items after using the PC device and those long nails were unsanitary.
There were several other young females in the establishment who just stood around on their phones when others needed assistance. Not a good look. I understand that the food industry isn't a happy industry, but hiring happy individuals would be a step up to making the establishment happier and brighter. The energy was so dull, dead, and very uninviting.
The health inspectors need to come and policies need to be put in place.
If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely horrible service the lady at the window on 6/6 between 12-1 was rude and had an attitude. I ordered to $6 meal deals for my daughter and I and nothing was made to order. I asked her to remake the sandwiches because I could tell they were not fresh and she causing an even bigger attitude. Eventually she took it back but then handed me the same sandwiches. I told them I would wait for fresh ones and they didn’t care. At this point t I didn’t want to argue and just took what they gave. I got home to eat and me and my daughter are now 30 minutes later feeling queasy. Both our stomach hurt. We couldn’t even finish the food. Please don’t come here! Idk how they continue to thrive. 🤦🏾♀️ I want a full refund and i have reported them! Oh and the coffee is nothing but syrup!! Like where was the coffee in my ice coffee

Horrible customer service. Great ice cream selections. The only place with black walnut but they are rude and put my sundae in a bag upside down. I didn't trust eating it after the nasty encounter in the drive- thru so I went and had it remade inside in front of me. Dang it if the sundae wasn't in the bag sideways 😒

I’m really disappointed!! Regardless of the measurements if I want light ice , they shouldn’t make the drink half way. They should still fill up the cup and not make it so watery with ice!!! So because I wanted light ice this is what I got!! It’s disappointing !! Starbucks never does this and wish Dunkin’ Donuts would really stop ruining the fact I want to get coffee from here!! But when they make drinks like this, i really don’t think any one want their coffee like this !!!
