I will miss this iconic italian staple in Chicago Heights. With its closing, we have no link left to the italian past, that build the area. The Heights, will just be another area to drive past for many of us moving forward. God Bless the family and the workers that made this place

I read in the paper that Enzo's is closing end of March 2024 and having never tried it but wanting to, stopped in Friday February 9, 2024 for a slice of sausage pizza. The pizza has the appearance I like in how it is cooked along with the size of the slice but the taste was average plus. Not bad but not great either. Enzo's does have a great Sunday special in that their thin crust pizza is half off. Be careful walking out the front door. There is not much room as you walk out from the restaurant to the steet. I'll probably stop by one more time for the half price Sunday thin crust pizza special. Cash only.

The woman who took the order was awesome, very friendly. I give a 2 star for the food bc I ordered 2 combo beef and sausage and both were beef only, and I'm sure there was a price difference for the combo over just beef. Living in Indiana it, going back for a remade sandwich was not happening.

Ordered the combo beef sandwich and dbl bacon cheeseburger. 1 st NO cheese on combo, asked for cheese, and was given a cold cup of cheddar cheese. The Italian beef was dry n sausage, not grilled but boiled. They used sports peppers instead of giardiniera, red sauce instead of gravy. Tasteless!!!On to the dbl ?......the patties were not handmade aa advertised. It was suffice but not great! The fries were the BEST thing they served! We came here based on other reviews. They lied and must have been paid off!!We asked for mozzarella bread sticks off the menu only to be told.. they don't serve those( even though the new menu have them listed. The sausage pizza was very good though!

I understand the Pizza took 30 minutes to cook. But it was worth of a wait! You can stop there if you live in the South Suburbs of Chicago!

**BEST ITALIAN BEEF IN CHICAGO**Let me just start this review by saying my name is Fiorenzo, and my grandfather's family is originally from Chicago Heights from back in the day. So when I recently discovered this place, I felt compelled to try it. I ordered a sausage pizza. The sausage is some of the best italian sausage I've ever eaten in my life. The pizza crust had a nice texture. The mozzarella cheese was very tasty, quality cheese. The pizza was perfectly cooked. Also, I ordered one of their super beefs. It was exceptional in every way. I shared it with my friend because it's actually two beef sandwiches, and he even commented how wonderful it was and had no fat whatsoever. The italian beef sandwich was flavorful and with a perfect amount of giardinara. and the thing was YUGE! When I first ordered the pizza, I wanted it a special way, and they were super accommodating. People were very, very nice. Also, seeing all the old-time photos of the neighborhood and people on the walls really made me sentimental for the good old days. I highly recommend this place. You gotta get to Chicago Heights and try this place.

Enzo's rocks! Kyle went out of his way to deliver catering to our wedding in Demotte, In. He was on time and professional, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious! All of our guests and ourselves were super happy with the quality and flavor of the food. I will use him again for my catering needs and would highly recommend him to others.
