those sweet potatoes were good but it taste like they use cinnamon I didn’t like that the mac & cheese was cheesy, but it was kind of brand. I didn’t like the jerk sauce, but the chicken was good.

I probably will not go back here again.The collard greens are very salty with lots of stems. The chicken is dry. Small pieces, not moist the macaroni cheese is dry. No, beans and rice with the meal that comes as either a side or is extra.. mostly all other jamaican jerk restaurants includes rice and beans and two sides for the at this price.This place serve no rice and beans..the young lady at the desk is very nice.

Initially I wanted the curry goat which was unavailable so I ordered the white jerk chicken, rice and peas and baked Macaroni. The food was horrible the rice was undercooked and dry. The baked macaroni didn't taste like it was baked and had parsley in it. There was a section that had a bunch of cheese which was not Cheddar. The jerk chicken did not taste authentic. I would not visit this restaurant again. I gave the food to my dogs.

Unprofessional don’t answer the phone time say they open at 11 am and it’s 12 noon I’m here they walking around with the door lock like tell your customers it’s a wait something and that’s exactly why they ain’t got no business don’t eat here

I truly wish I could give zero stars.

My fiancé and I ordered from Exquisite Jerk yesterday and spent over $55 on food that was borderline inedible and handled with zero professionalism. From the moment we placed the order to the moment we tried to resolve the issue, this experience was a complete disaster.

First off, my fiancé clearly and specifically asked for RED HOT SAUCE. Not jerk sauce. Red hot sauce. The woman charged $1 for it, which is already ridiculous, but fine. When we got in the car, my fiancé noticed the charge and confirmed it was for the red hot sauce. Once we got home and opened the bag—no red hot sauce anywhere. Not one container.

I politely called to let her know it was missing. Instead of fixing the mistake, she argued and said it was “jerk sauce,” which is not what we asked for. When I calmly explained this, she caught a nasty attitude and hung up the phone in my face. Completely unprofessional and rude, especially when I never raised my voice or disrespected her.

Now let’s talk about the food… because WOW.
• Macaroni and cheese: Absolutely disgusting. Worse than plain Kraft mac and cheese—and that’s an insult to Kraft. No flavor, no creaminess, just straight trash.
• Yams: Dry, bland, and clearly old. Not good at all.
• Jerk chicken: HARD, dry, and had no sauce whatsoever. How is jerk chicken dry with no jerk sauce? That alone tells you everything.
• Red beans and rice: Hard, undercooked, and flavorless.
• Cabbage: Dry and sad, like it had been sitting around all day.

The only thing that was somewhat edible was the shrimp with peppers, and even that turned into a nightmare. While eating, I discovered VEGETABLE STICKERS mixed into the dish. Not once. Three different times. They clearly did not remove the stickers before chopping the vegetables, meaning I unknowingly ate peppers covered in adhesive sticker residue. That is beyond unacceptable and extremely unsanitary.

At that point, I tried calling back. Of course, no answer. I have a very distinctive phone number, so I’m sure it’s being ignored on purpose. Meanwhile, I’m now starting to feel sick, and honestly, eating adhesive stickers was not part of what I paid for. If that was the case, I could’ve just gone to the store and bought a pack of stickers myself.

This place is overpriced, careless, rude, and unsafe. Charging people premium prices for poorly cooked food, missing items, nasty attitudes, and contaminated dishes is unacceptable. I will be escalating this issue because no one should pay $55+ to be disrespected and potentially poisoned.

Save your money. Save your stomach. Do NOT eat here. The following pictures have been posted no towing what else we consumed without knowledge Due to this restaurant.

I used to support this place faithfully. Today we ordered Oxtails, rice w/ cabbage and all white jerk chicken, rice and cabbage. I was really disappointed in the chicken. Normally, the chicken is marinated but what I received was not. The flavor was only on the skin. The oxtails were just ok. The rice was slightly undercooked and lacked flavor. We tried calling back several times and no one is answering the phones. Hopefully they will read this and retrain their staff for consistency.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant finally tried, it was very disappointing my rice was beyond undercooked completely inedible on top of that my meat was pink. I know we all have our bad days imma try them one more time if it's the same experience I will not be coming back.

Don't bother ordering any food from here on doordash. They're going to waste your money and cancel it every time. They will NOT answer the phone so don't bother calling. If you decide to go up there expect them to have NO food. This is the worst jerk place in the south suburbs... I never leave reviews but i'm just fed up with this place.

I have gotten sick off these food about 3 times throwing up, headache, nauseousness, idk if it’s their pasta but I’ve definitely experienced bad things with the jerk pasta and I’m not the only person who said they got sick off just eating their pasta idk what you guys have in your food that’s making people sick but it need to be tested asap!

2 hour wait, and make sure you don’t ask the young ladies that work at the counter for help. They aren’t helpful at all, ask for the manager instead.

Was not satisfied at all with my order which was very chicken. All the juice was in the bag and the bag was leaking. This is my first and last time ordering here. These restaurants needs to take more pride in their preparation of food... 100 thumbs down...

The greens was saltier than a peanut and the chicken was tuff to chew. food is way too expensive to not be satisfied
