Food taste terrible this not harolds they don't have the recipe it's not good at all so dissatisfied noooooo really it don't taste like harolds

They don't allow anyone to use the bathroom, even though any food service place is supposed to have an accessible bathroom. They send everyone next door to the African hair braiding place and they were super pissed about my child needing to use the restroom.

im the second customer of the day and my fries stale.. then they act like they couldn’t split my 10wings and fries into two bags. then got the NERVE to “salt bae” my order with mild sauce.. count your days heighty harold’s

This has got to be the worst ran harolds in the south suburbs (worse than hazel crest, shocking right) online ordered a bucket, had to wait for some of the most refried tiniest nastiest wings I've ever had from anywhere. They tried to strong arm me for the sauce on the side (that I clearly ordered and paid for online) last but not least (which didn't effect me but worth noting) they take their last order at 730pm (lmao) #theworst

I placed an order for a bucket of wings. Almost paid $40 for them. I got a bucket of pigeon wings . I'm too disgusted, why are y'all selling these tiny a,, wings?? There is not one normal sized wing

Food is usually really good. The people tend to be very nice. HOWEVER, it is absolutely ridiculous on how long the orders take. I used to eat there all the time, but now it's maybe twice a year. And a big big reason is how long it takes. 16 piece mixed chicken dinner taking well over an hour, when the initial pick up time was a little over 20 minutes. This is not the first time this has happened! I very rarely write reviews. Something really great or something really bad has to happen for me to write a review. I am writing this as i currently am going on 1 hour fifteen minutes from the time it was placed. And it is still not ready!

I went to order an the cashier bre or Brittany whatever she was rude an disrespectful asf the manager was very nice an fix the problem but that place have poor communication skills I am very disappointed in that place because I love their food but they new workers

I LOVE this Harold's especially since the new management! Food always always hot and fresh. It taste like the Harold's of old. Never had any issues since the switch. Good hot delicious food!

This restaurant is listed as closing at 8pm but stops taking phone orders at 7 and my husband came at 7:42 for a walk in and was told they are not accepting orders anymore. Smh closing at 8 means closing at 8 not anytime before!
