Little Caesars Pizza

Worst service you could get, the employees gave my order to the wrong driver and refused to remake it, wouldn't answer the phone in the store, and kept my order active til for over an hour knowing they stole my order and continued to blame the driver. I recommend saving your money and time. Find somewhere else to get your pizza from.

Why was my accurate review of your terrible pizza showing as no longer available to other people? I was trying to show someone the review because this pizza has the unique privilege of being the worst pizza I've ever personally received, so at least you're number one at something.

Just got a pizza with literally one piece of sausage per piece and one in the middle, lmao. Come on, man. I know the pizza is cheap, but there's a reasonable threshold of quality, and this ain't it.

This place has officially fell off. & its trifling just like Steger. Was good about two months ago. No longer see the good employees. Maybe they quit from doing most/all of the work.

The store is so short staffed ! Is ridiculous. This place is externally dirty even the cash register is dipped in grease.
This type of places just hire 1 person to do everything and they can’t service the client and cook at the same time.

They always have a line always rachet always dirty staff just outside smoking inside tweaking that’s why the orders never ready just sad please fire them little ceasar suppose to be hot and ready but no pizza is ever ready staff just sad

The most unorganized place I have been to if I could give a ZERO I would!!! I came in paid and was told 10 minutes and I have been waiting almost 45 minutes for 1 cheese pizza!!!!!

Absolutely fell off. Just downhill through the years. My previous pickupwas the real last straw but this one this one confirmed it. Last time I had to wait over an hour and a half for my pizza. Note, I ordered my pizza online ahead by 3 hours. (Thin crust with sausage and pineapple, no cut) Haven’t eaten all day so I’m counting on it. When I get it, terrible. Cheese was cold, pizza was partially cut, part of it didn’t have sauce, and worst of all, it was dampening the box. The bottom part of the box itself was soggy. I imagine that left this disaster sitting between other pizzas and they never bothered to check/call for me. Told them to remake it, I’ll wait. Hour passes, another wreck. Left the pizza there and just drove off to the Little Caesars at Stegers. Hurts my gas tank but they never do me wrong like this.

Gave them another shot today, another mess. Yeah, you ever want little caesars puzza, just cough up the two dollars of gas and head to Stegers. This one Chicago Heights will waste your time, money, and patience.

Not only was there a piece of pizza missing but it just tasted like trash . I also got a custom pizza and it was very thinned… who ever worked on June 24th between 2:40pm-3:30 MAKING the pizza’s needs to be held accountable for and retrained

THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO PaYING CUSTOMERS AND THE MANGER FOR SATURDAY AROUND 5:30 unfortunately the rest of the business hour's should be faired! And the guy working the register around 6 o'clock should be fired .. I want to know as a paying customer that always spend money at little ceaser what the company going to do ?? They making yall look bad !.. fire all of them and start over !

Disappointed with my visit. I asked the cashier if the pizza was freshly made, and without hesitation, he said yes. Unfortunately, that clearly wasn’t the case—the pizza was dry, stale, and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I should’ve known better than to go the quick-and-cheap route with Little Caesars. Definitely not worth it.

Today was the first bad experience I've had at this location. My food was incorrect, and I waited over an hour for my order to get corrected. There is definitely more I can say about this experience, but I'm going to hold my piece.

Then, when I finally made it home preparing to feed my family, I realized a second of the three pizzas I purchased wasn't correct. The pretzel bread wasn't pretzel, and it was half cooked. Smh🤦🏽‍♀️

I will, however, say the team was polite and mature. And really handle themselves very well with the at first crowded pick-up time. I'm sure the next time they will get it correct
