Today was the first bad experience I've had at this location. My food was incorrect, and I waited over an hour for my order to get corrected. There is definitely more I can say about this experience, but I'm going to hold my piece.

Then, when I finally made it home preparing to feed my family, I realized a second of the three pizzas I purchased wasn't correct. The pretzel bread wasn't pretzel, and it was half cooked. Smh🤦🏽‍♀️

Ordered online to ensure my wait time upon arrival would be minimal at best.

My order was not started until 22 minutes after I placed my online order. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering online.

I gave 3 stars instead of 1 because I took into consideration they only had 2 employees working at the time.

Amir was kicking a s s tonight as he always does. He was doing his best dealing with a huge influx of cranky customers and he deserves proper recognition. I think this location is severely understaffed and I don't know who needs to be talked to but I think corporate should visit and see just how slammed their employees get on a day to day basis. They need your support, hire more people!
