Terrible terrible. The only McDonalds I know, that you go around lunchtime to get a shake and they tell you the machine is down. This has numerous times. Is it poor management, incompetent help or they don’t care if they sell any shakes in the summertime? Have to go to the one in Homewood on Halsted St. to get my grandchildren their shakes. 😡😡😡😡

I just sat at the drive-through board for 10 minutes. They weren't taking orders and neither lane was moving. I finally heard a woman mumble, just a minute...it was probably another 5 minutes before she asked for my mobile order number. No sense of urgency and no apology for the wait. No one at either window apologized for the wait or mentioned what happened. Why is that? Where is the customer service at this location. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue. I won't be visiting this McDonald's again.

They were “closed” because of a water issue but still had the store open on the map and the app. If you ordered in the app they’re denying every phone call when you try to get a refund. And if you get to the place with an online order, the automatic system cancels your ability to get a refund. They could’ve just shut the store down but they’re still taking people’s money through online orders. If this happened once it will happen again, trust that.

Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and chicken stripe The lady giving the drinks was Extremely rude Finally got money back after wasting all that time employees where to busy playing on there phones

nothing im about to say applies to the people working in the morning, they are lovely and seldom mess things up. the evening shift at this mcdonalds is probably the most incompetent group of employees to ever hold a job. the line is always wrapped around the building, but not because of high demand, because they can never finish making food on time. and when you do get your food it's always messed up. I went in 4 times in 1 hour because the messed up my order repeatedly, despite me explaining what it was to them constantly. their drive thru speakers are broken, but that's not the reason, because the order on the screen will be correct, and on the receipt it's correct, but when you open your box the food is almost always wrong. today is the 5th time in the row I have gone in the evening and received either the wrong food entirely, or my order was missing items that I was uncharged for.
