I just had a problem with an online order and called to speak with the manager. The manager was rude when I asked for her name before explaining the issue. She finally said her name was Maria, but I doubted her honesty. The call ended with me feeling frustrated. She needs more training on how to treat customers properly, as I was respectful throughout the very short conversation.

I waited in drive thru and waited about 10 min and no one answered and I after my order was done I still waited an extra 20 min and my food was cold. I had to go to pick up my food.

Overall service is good and food is McDonald's good. However they are NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. They shut down orders to change to breakfast around 3am -5am. Why?

Tonight, we waited for 23 minutes to get from the drive thru to getting our food. The Happy Meal was supposed to be the Crocs toy, and we got some junky throwaway toy instead. The fries were god-awful, which is surprising considering the line was consistently long, so you'd think the fries would be hot and fresh and MAYBE salted just a little bit. Dr. Pepper with no ice - got extra ice instead. (I work in food service, so I understand low staff levels; I'm not going to hold up others just because I got ice in my pwecious widdle Dr. Pepper.)
This location is consistently subpar. Breakfast, dinner, doesn't matter - always slow and always well below average. If it weren't for the other location down Halsted having their lot paved, I wouldn't have come back here after prior experiences.
Take my advice, as someone who has eaten at way too many McD's to be proud of: stay away from this location and venture 5 minutes north on Halsted to the other location.
