This place is just ok. Will the food kill you? No. Will the staff be rude to you. Not really. But I've never been blown away by the service. There is almost always a forgotten burger, fry, or drink. For a McDonald's I've seen better, but that in itself is a sad statement.

After coming here virtually every weekday for four years, I’ve finally come to terms with the fact that I will never get a proper Diet Coke from this location. It’s always a mystery. Is it flat regular Coke? Is it Coke Zero? Some combination? I may never know. 🕵️♀️

Terrible terrible. The only McDonalds I know, that you go around lunchtime to get a shake and they tell you the machine is down. This has numerous times. Is it poor management, incompetent help or they don’t care if they sell any shakes in the summertime? Have to go to the one in Homewood on Halsted St. to get my grandchildren their shakes. 😡😡😡😡

I just sat at the drive-through board for 10 minutes. They weren't taking orders and neither lane was moving. I finally heard a woman mumble, just a minute...it was probably another 5 minutes before she asked for my mobile order number. No sense of urgency and no apology for the wait. No one at either window apologized for the wait or mentioned what happened. Why is that? Where is the customer service at this location. This is the 2nd time I've had an issue. I won't be visiting this McDonald's again.

They were “closed” because of a water issue but still had the store open on the map and the app. If you ordered in the app they’re denying every phone call when you try to get a refund. And if you get to the place with an online order, the automatic system cancels your ability to get a refund. They could’ve just shut the store down but they’re still taking people’s money through online orders. If this happened once it will happen again, trust that.
