Food was delicious. Catfish is real catfish not Swai like someone else mentioned in there review. Way better than Sharks because it tastes wayyyy better and they are Black owned and operated and instead of our hard earned dollars going back to India and not being spent in our community. Food and customer service is A+ . This place is a must visit. Let's do one better let's support them instead of the swai serving Sharks with there terrible customer service that's across the street.

I saw a review of this restaurant on instagram and decided to try it. Let me say It did not disappoint. We got the combo dinner with 2 sides. The catfish and shrimp combo with macaroni and spaghetti definitely didn’t disappoint. My husband got the homemade fries and Cole slaw. Everything was fresh and hot. The catfish and shrimp were soooo good, crunchy crispy and surprisingly light considering it’s fried. So delicious The sides were fresh, homemade and very good. Also they give soooo much food, which does not happen at most restaurants. Nu way grille you have customers for life.

3/21/2024Sigh...where do I begin? Welp! After seeing a video on IG, I decided to give them a try. I ordered my food at 6:23 p.m. and walked out at 7:15 p.m. New business or not, you have to have a way to keep up with demand. Before I placed my order, I asked specifically if the catfish was indeed as advertised or if it was Swai & was told that it's catfish, and I've eaten enough catfish to know the difference.They say it's catfish, but I disagree. The ? I ordered was dry. The wings were decent, but the best part of the meals I bought were the sides, lol. You only get a spoonful of sides, but the mac & ?, string/green s, and coleslaw was on point. Nu Way Grill, in my opinion, is nothing but a ?s on steroids ?. I wish them the best, but be careful of social media influencers promoting restaurants because it can be a bunch of hype.I think the new marketing scheme for businesses is to get influencers to hype up the business in question and generate foot traffic. Don't fall for it. A good/great food establishment's reputation will spread like wildfire without the hypeman, and those are the ones that should be frequented (visited). hi I came in excited letting the owner/mgr know I saw them on TikTok and wanted to support a new local black owned business My order was catfish/shrimp combo with fries and a Mac. The fish was was not catfish and it was fried too soft & crumbly, the shrimp was over cooked & dry, the fries looked scary -dead, the Mac was dry. After first bite - yuk! So sorry, but do better if u want to survive.

I was contemplating whether to cook a meal or not. While browsing through social media, I came across an establishment that caught my attention. I decided to place an order for a Chicken Philly sandwich, which was served on pita bread, along with a side of fries. Although the wait time was quite long, I did not mind, as I had read positive reviews about the freshness of their food. However, I must admit that the chicken Philly did not quite meet my expectations. It was excessively salty, and the bread was overly crispy, resulting in a tough texture. Despite my disappointment with the sandwich, I must commend the fries, which were delicious, although they could have been served hotter. To ensure that my experience was not an isolated incident, I shared the Philly with my husband, and he concurred that it was indeed too salty. Nevertheless, I am willing to give this establishment another chance in a few months. On my next visit, I intend to try their fried chicken or fish. The ambiance of the place was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

I AM HOOOKED!!!! This place is amazing. The staff is always so friendly. The food is so hot and fresh every time. You can tell they make every thing from scratch. Great home cooked meal and at a really fair price. CAN'T BEAT IT!! Super clean too. Great option for the area.

Listen, catfish was fresh and seasoned just right .. not salty like some . Shrimp were delicious.. Sides were good .. great local establishment for my Friday fish craving !! Will definitely return!!

A neighbor said I needed to go so I went. I got a 3 wing and catfish dinner with two sides- potato wedges and Mac and cheese. It was so big I had to move some out to take a pic! The filets were huge. I ordered fried hard and guess what I got? Fried hard! Imagine that! It was ready fast so when I picked it up it was hot and crispy. This dinner is enough for me and my husband. It also came with crispy pita. Mac and cheese wasn't bad. We like a little more seasoning on things so we added a little something. Otherwise it was pretty good! The meal came with sauce of our choosing. There are also grilled options that I want to try along with sandwich combos. Still pretty new so the place is clean. Friendly people and was greeted with a smile.
