I will never go here again, went this past Wednesday the 24th of January, everything was stuffed into a tiny box. Tasted nasty, threw it away! I thought maybe because of the reviews that the cinnamon bread would be good but nope trashed that as well!!! Lesson learned! Don't trust reviews!!

This quaint coffee shop/bakery is nice and cozy. I needed a dessert for a gathering and they were very nice and accommodating. The coffee was great and their donuts fresh. Unfortunately the cupcakes were very dry. No one ate them . I definitely recommend them with the on your way to work or let's stop by and have coffee spot.

They Make an Variety of Donuts, Coffee Cake and Other Pastries!!! All Pastries are Baked Daily, Special Request can be Put in for in Advance!!! Phone ahead for Working time frame!!! The Prices Match those from Surrounding Bakery's!!! One drawbacks they are Closed On Monday. There is One Baker On hand, So Place Orders Timely!!! My Coworkers and I, ...enjoyed Delicious Donuts with a Great Cup of Joe!!! Next time I'll Post Pics before I hastily Eating All the Donuts!!! ?♀️

I've been going Pearson's since I was born. That's a very very long time! Saturday morning I was there with my mother, who has been going there since 1957. They have delicious Butter Crust bread, Swedish Rye with or without Caraway seeds. They usually have a good selection of sweet rolls, coffee cakes, etc. They have butter cookies that they've been making since I was young enough to get a free one if I behave myself in the store, iced sugar cookies which on Saturday morning were in both Cubs and White Sox themes. They had cake slices including my mother's favorite German chocolate cake and several other types. You can custom order a cake there. It is a small store with a fairly good selection , but if there is something you want you can call and they will hold it for you. I don't get there as often as I used to because I'm living in the city now. But if my mother's going I always have to go with her, just like when I was a kid. It's worth a short drive to get to.
