Shame on you Pepe’s in Chicago heights on Lincoln highway( the one with the buffet) for selling that nasty azz mess you call beef. I purchased a salad from there and I threw the whole salad away because you guys are trying to save some money. The dang on dog wouldn’t even eat it.

The ground beef is something..... but I think calling it beef is a stretch. They barely wanted to honor my coupon because they decided to raise the price on the newer coupons. Mind you all the coupons expiration dates said 12-31-24. They tried to tell me they were doing me a favor by accepting it but it should have been used it around the time I printed it because the price has changed. I attempted to explain to her if they did not want this to happen they shouldn't have the expiration date for the entire year and she was not hearing it. To add insult to injury I asked for cilantro and she says it's $50 per taco! I went and bought my on bundle of cilantro for 68cent. Safe to say I will not be going back.

Best Mexican restaurant in Chicago! Back when I lived there I preferred it over Taco Bell! Everything is fresh. Even the tortilla chips and salsa are homemade!

I started going here for date night with my hubby and love it. We made this our usual spot. The food excellent, waiters and waitresses very nice the owners are so sociable and they make sure you’re happy with their service. The Margaritas are great here they always have specials. The Karaoke nights and entertainment nights are so fun We have met so many cool people here and have new long term friends. Chicago Heights really needed this . Thanks to the new Pepes owners for bringing up our community. Giving us adults a spot to relax after a long day at work and making us feel like community family. Please go try them out you won’t be disappointed. They book parties rooms for graduation birthdays and anniversary baptisms and retirement parties. Definitely the spot .
