Shark Fish & Chicken

I bought a small catfish tails. Totally ridiculous. I received 3 small catfish tails the size of my palm which is not very big. The price was 14.19.

They are over price and small portion and the food was terrible. Never again will I go there. I see why their parking lot is empty.

The food is good. But the old lady is very dishonest with the prices. Either way. If the price is on the window or even if she give you your total on the phone, she always add at least another $5.00 and then argue when you try to question the pricing. She's very rude. I hope she realize that's why it's never any customers in there anymore. I can assure you we won't be spending another dime in there. I noticed they have a hand writtened sign saying we're open. Good luck. You can't treat people bad and think we're still going to patronize you for the pleasure. Have a nice life

These guys don't listen and give you an attitude when you address it. I just ordered a 6 wing dinner and requested mild sauce on the food. Not only was there no mild sauce on the food. The guy gives me one mild sauce to cover 6 wings and some fries. Never again.

I was charged 10% fee for using my debit card , I spent $45 dollars worth of food and they charged me $55 dollars ,$5 for taxes and another $5 dollars for using a debit card when they do have a sign that says that there is no fee for using a debit card, only for credit card, I was trying to explain to the rude cashier that paying $5 dollars for using my card was too much , that was like 10% of my total purchase then she called the manager who is from another country and the guy was also very rude and and told me that he was new at the place and that there was nothing he could do about the fee , I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone

Stop to get a large catfish nuggets well done and as I’m tasting the fish it has a rotten like smell and a weird taste. The young lady who took my order was very pleasant but the food is trash grease not fresh just overall terrible.

I was sitting in there for longer than expected since my order was a call in;however homegirl made up for the wait and gave me a free icee drink and added a few extra wings. I will NOT complain. Food was HOT and FRESH . I was satisfied ???

I ordered wings and found a piece of hair in my food. Cooks should be wearing a hat or hair net over his hair to protect your food. Will not be supporting the Sharks on Joe Orr in Chicago Heights. Very unsanitary
