Quite possibly the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 28 years of living. Not only was I sitting in line for over 20 MINUTES (couldn’t even drive away because I was trapped in between cars), the girl at the window didn’t start making my mobile order until AFTER I got to the window. Sat for another 10 mins before I just drove off and requested a refund. When I called the store to complain about the abysmal service I was simply told “no” when I asked if there was a manger on duty. When I asked if they knew when one would be in they said “I don’t know.” Y'all should be embarrassed that y'all can’t even manage to provide decent service at a smoothie place like be so fr. The worst smoothie king location, how embarrassing.

Black short man/woman with short hair was very rude
Wouldn’t let me add extra pb swizzle at the bottom but when I go to another smoothie king they said I can add extra swizzle but only at the top sadly the other didn’t tell me that just straight up say NO!
Purchased a smoothie bowl and I couldn't find the smoothie. Waste of $13. Was supposed to have extra granola. I asked about it and was told everything you ordered is there and the drive through window closed. Rude!

I ordered extra granola and extra peanut butter, I even paid extra for everything, before paying i was even asked if I wanted extra granola and peanutbutter..... when got home. I had done. There is hardly any granola!

Every time I go to this location, I have a horrible experience. It’s always something wrong with my order. They always forget something. I usually place my orders a head of time due to it always taking them a long time to get orders ready and yet, ordering a head and the order never ready. This time I ordered a smooth bowl and it was not filled near the top. It was to the bottom. I informed the staff there and she didn’t seem like she wanted to correct the issue. I left because I already wasted 20 minutes waiting for the order to be prepared. I’m no longer spending my money with this location. I work hard for it and I shouldn’t receive poor customer service and I’m not getting what I paid for.

Paid close to $30 ($28 and some change) for two bowls. One GoGo Goji Crunch and a PB Delight. The bowls are delicious but they cut corners on the portions. 2 bowls of what is essentially fruit salads shouldn't cost anywhere near $30. But if the price is high at least fill the bowls up.
Edit: They gave me bananas in my GoGo Goji Crunch when there's not suppose to be any, and left out the main ingredient Goji berries. They left out the strawberries as well. Three young girls working and it wasn't busy at all. Get better staff.

THOUGHT IT WAS COOL THEM BEING NEARBY. I WILL NOT BE PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THE MANAGER BRI IS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE AND IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THOUGH I LIVE NEARBY I WILL JUST GO BACK TO THE SMOOTHIE KING IN HOMEWOOD. I'VE CONTACTED CORPORATE TWICE WITH NO RETURNED PHONE CALL. I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF SPENDING $11-$12 ON WATERED DOWN SMOOTHIES.✌?

I just recently started going to smoothie King. I've gone about 5 times in the city where I live, and I love the gogi crunch bowl. I came to Chicago Heights yesterday to visit family and wanted a gogi crunch bowl. I pulled up this location and went inside. I was told it was drive-through only. Okay, no big deal. Went to the drive-through, placed my order, and asked for bananas. 1 car in front of me. Now it's my turn, I pay, and shortly afterward, I get the bowl. It was made very sloppy, first of all, stuff all down the side of the bowl. The inside had me looking like, whatbis this? I noticed no bananas. I tell the cashier it's missing bananas. So she takes the bowl back and I'm waiting and waiting and waiting. So I'm like, what's taking so long to add bananas? So finally she hands me the bowl. Still sloppy looking, I asked where's the drizzle. She says oh its under the toppings. I'm like how would you know , you never left the register. So I get home ( no drizzle) eat the bowl about 7 something ? Fast forward about 2 am, l could barely make it to the bathroom. I really feel like a laxative was placed in my food. I have not stopped using the bathroom since 7:30 pm yesterday, Saturday. It is now 8:55 am, Sunday. I can't prove this and know for sure but I strongly believe this to be true. The way I'm going to the bathroom, only a laxative can do this. The other 2 meals I had yesterday, so did my other family members, about 4 of them and nothing like this for either of them. This location needs to retrain the employees and get the bad apples out. I know this is a strong allegation, but I believe this in my heart, something to make me use the bathroom was placed in my food. Hopefully, someone can pull the camera to see what happened. They always mess my order up. I've been there 3x in the last 5 day and my order is never right, it's either the wrong size or someone else's order.
Half way through my smoothie and drunk a piece of hair through my straw. Disgusting, especially with the smoothie already being bland and average-at-best. I didn’t expect much from a Chicago heights restaurant, but that was absolutely disgusting.
