Making sure the recipe was followed exactly, their communication was excellent. They had me come in for the first batch, so we can make adjustments as needed. Sonoma wasn’t going to stop improving the sauce until I was satisfied with the end result. Can’t wait to get my other two sauces made with them.

I ordered a gallon of their organic EV olive oil. When I received Sonoma's package in the mail, I immediately tried two other vendor's organic EV olive oil along with Sonoma's. While all three are quite good, Sonoma's is markedly better. I was so impressed with the quality and texture of their olive oil, then a delayed taste of pepper. Very, very good.I also purchased a jar of their garlic pasta sauce. This was also quite good.I'm quite impressed with both of these two products as well as the best packaging of anything I have ever puchased. Nice job to those in their shipping department.So thank you Sonoma. You now have another regular customer.
