It's was my first time visiting Mr Stacks, I was very impressed with the services the food was delicious. I loved that the bathroom was clean and fresh that's what I look for as well. Not only looking for good food but I search for cleanliness. Great Job! Keep it up. Let me also add the party room is Excellent plenty of room for a medium event.❤️❤️

This place is extremely slow for delivery orders it’s 2025 and they still haven’t figured out how to divide the in-house orders from online which is highly frustrating because even if you order online all the walk-in orders are together so you wait the same amount of time which defeats the purpose of ordering online and the cooks need to lay off the beers before work

I’m a regular here via ordering via DoorDash and this morning Dec 18, I went to pick up my order. When I arrived, I let the waitress (white, 40s) know that I was picking up and she said the cook overslept so they weren’t able to make my order so I could cancel or wait 20 minutes until he arrived. I was unable to cancel the order through the app because they already charged me so I was trying to get more information about how that works so I could see if it was worth waiting it out and she started being rude. She started telling me the banks take a week or so to figure it out refunds but if you’re forcing me to cancel on my end that’s clearly me confirming with DoorDash that there is no refund. I work for a bank so that doesn’t make sense.

When I’m asking more questions for clarity, she walks off on me and tells me she just works for a restaurant and not a bank and if I want to argue I can argue alone. I tell her I understand she’s stressed cuz her cook came in late but I’m just tying to get clarity she said because I came in with a mask and hood on, so I was looking to argue??? It’s 50 degrees and raining and I let her know I wasn’t feeling well and me wearing a mask was irrelevant to me asking question about how a refund works.

I’ve never ever had this experience with any of the servers. I like food but this was a terrible experience as the exchange was in front of entire restaurant. The waitress was condescending and unprofessional and I never gave her that energy when ultimately the restaurant was in the wrong. This server specifically should work at a shitty dive bar on bar rescue and that’s probably too good of a place for her. She doesn’t need to work in hospitality.

Ordered take out today spent $70 and My French toast was burnt as heck… my thing is the cooks or no one realized it was burnt…. I threw it right in the garbage unfortunately smh 🤦🏼‍♀️

This place is very, very slow for uber eats pickups. In my experience, they most definitely prioritize orders in the restaurant over online orders. If there are a lot of people in here, it ends up being a very long wait and takes way too long and usually we are not being paid enough to wait that long. I won't be coming in here again because this is the second time I had to walk out in the last few days because they are so stinking slow. It's not like it's a big order either. It's a very small order but again, they are clearly prioritizing orders in the restaurant and put online orders at the very end of the list.

I chalk this place up to a waste of time.

Mr Stacks has an extensive menu of affordable breakfast and lunch items. The food has been fantastic every time I've eaten there. The waitstaff is attentive & friendly. The inside of the restaurant is clean. And there is plenty of free parking.

My experience at this place was horrible. Lauren was my server and you can tell she didn’t want to serve me. I changed my mind about the soup selection after tasting it and she was perplexed that I wanted the other option. From then on, my service was horrible. She left the coffee pot on the table and brought out to-go containers and the bill while I was eating as if I was taking this mediocre food with me. I waited approximately 20 mins while she serviced the 2 other tables to pay my bill. Although she wasn’t worth a $20 tip, I still gave it to her without a thank you. I won’t be back. I had better food at a soup kitchen.

The Food was just ok. The eggs was horrible. I asked for softly scrambled eggs with cheese. The kept bringing me back eggs that looks like an omelet. Then the turkey sausage was flimsy. I'm not sure who's cooking but they need to stop. That food was not good.
