I just left the Chicago Heights location on 14th street.
Receiving great customer service can make or break an experience and for me determines whether I will return. The person operating the drive-thru was simply great. Dan was upbeat, energetic, friendly, and personable. Use him in one of your training videos for new hires.
There is actually a location across the street from where I work in Homewood. I usually get my coffee there right before work. Now, I'll stop at the Chicago Heights location instead.

The service here was horrible wanted medicine ball remade so I returned they poured it out then said it was old they can't replace it but u poured it out.Such nasty mean attitudes over thd tea it was the 15th u said the tag said the 5th that had to be a mistake I brought it back u poured it out and gave ne nothing if u wasn't gonna replace it u should not have poured it out I want my medicine ball. ABD TGE ATTITUDE ILL LEAVE A REVIEW EVERYDAY
Bought my drink.Had it inside, when I was done I needed to use the restroom.I asked for the code and they told me they would walk me to the bathroom when they were done, making their drinks.
I think it's very rude to make someone wait to use the restroom. When all you need is a code and as a paying customer, that's very offensive.

I really wanted to like this location since it’s the closest one to me..that being said I’ve given this location multiple tries and my drinks are ALWAYS wrong. They either always put my order in the system incorrectly and it’s made wrong, it tastes off like things I add to my drink (ex.peppermint) I can’t taste at all, or they never have the most basic things like cold brew or common syrups, and there was even a time I went back and forth with an employee because she was trying to tell me they never had a seasonal drink (that I’ve ordered NUMEROUS times and yes it was still in season) on the menu. Not to mention I never wait as long as I do in any Starbucks lines like I do at this specific location. I just always have bad experiences here so I won’t be going to this location anymore.

I don’t understand how I can place a mobile order, arrive 7–8 minutes later with no drive-thru line and no customers inside, and my drink still isn’t ready.

Happy to finally have a starbucks somewhat close to work.
Employees are attentive.
There was one week I needed coffee everyday and would buy to go. But one time I stay and was gladly surprised with my coffee being served in a mug.

Omg me & my hubby went to Starbucks 10/30 early morning I got a medicine ball. 10/31 we went back I got a medicine ball hubby got cheese danish, I asked for extra mint. The guy at the window is awesome so personable & kind. We were there @ 5:30 maybe earlier the guy at the window told us we were the first customers of the day. It was dark in our car but as soon as the sun came up I read Good Morning on my cup in black marker, that made my day I needed that it’s the little things for me I love love love this Starbucks!!!!
