I don’t understand how I can place a mobile order, arrive 7–8 minutes later with no drive-thru line and no customers inside, and my drink still isn’t ready.

Happy to finally have a starbucks somewhat close to work.
Employees are attentive. There was one week I needed coffee everyday and would buy to go. But one time I stay and was gladly surprised with my coffee being served in a mug. Thank u!

Omg me & my hubby went to Starbucks 10/30 early morning I got a medicine ball. 10/31 we went back I got a medicine ball hubby got cheese danish, I asked for extra mint. The guy at the window is awesome so personable & kind. We were there @ 5:30 maybe earlier the guy at the window told us we were the first customers of the day. It was dark in our car but as soon as the sun came up I read Good Morning on my cup in black marker, that made my day I needed that it’s the little things for me I love love love this Starbucks!!!!

Throw this entire crew away and start over. I order the same thing every time I go, which is often. I usually have to coach them on the way that I like my matcha. It's not always right but I deal with it. Today was a hard 'no' for me. My drink was made incorrectly and instead of taking accountability or asking for clarification, the team decides to look me dead in my face and lie about why my drink wasn't correct. I go to other locations and I don't ever have to coach them on how to make it properly and I'm confident that they'll make it right. This location? Not at all. Today was the straw that broke the camels back and I'll probably never go back.
Good luck to everyone else and their orders though.

Blue has a nasty attitude and this place has gave the wrong order for the last time! Not to mention its printed correctly on the receipt but yet again they gave me whatever they wanted me to have. Then tells me oh you can bring it back like I'm not at work and when I get off they'll be closed! Driving pass this one to go to another one.

Again I got a crappy coffee. My caramel macchiato tastes like day old coffee! The only time they are good is weekday mornings. Evening & weekends they have people that can’t make coffee. It’s always watered down & weak tasting. I’m done!

When I went in the place was empty with 3 employees; 2 scrambling around and one at the cash register with a phone to his ear I came up and he looked at me like he was waiting for me to order but once I started talking he put his finger up and started talking on the phone.. then another employee came to me and took my order, I ordered a medium white mocha, and no offense to the second employee maybe the drink is just like that, but it tasted like I got five shots of espresso with a little whipped cream. The place is nice I just think they need some extra hands
