Stop asking for donations if the ppl who work at your establishment are gonna throw cheese cups in the bag so hard the top pops off and it gets everywhere. This place used to be great. Now half the time you go through the drive through its ppl rolling their eyes at you and rushing you to order while getting the entire order wrong. The food is always so cold and the employees are just complete jerks. Why is Chicago heights filled with the most crappy fast food places and workers ever? Almost as bad as the McDonald’s and little Caesar’s here now.

Guh, absolutely terrible food/service for expensive this slop cost. Let me tell ya, this nothing but poor service in fast foods in Chicago Heights, but this Taco Bell is the only one I would go out of my way to tell not to go. Take my latest experience for example.
Drive through and order my #1 Regular, mountain dew no ice. Alls fine. Order my gordita crunch and chicken quesadilla. Small stall. (Oh god tell me it’s not another new guy) Yo, I said a gordita crunch and a quesadilla. Puts in the quesedilla, skips the crunch. I’m at my limit, I’m gonna pass out. Homie, do you have nacho fries? I’ll take ‘em. Puts in the nacho fries. Pay my food and ask for mild sauce. I put in hotsauce. I want mild sauce. We’re out of mild sauce. My nyguh what the actual f you mean you’re out of mild sauce. There should be more of that than hot and diablo combined. Just give me the dam bag.
Come home and check my food. 4 tacos(one for consolation, I guess), my fries, and my quesadilla. Honestly, would’ve been chill at this point…if it wasn’t crap. The tacos are flavorless and already sog through the shells. I can tell the fries were lifeless. And the quesadilla was dry as hell. Like barely any of that quesadilla sauce inside. Only ate half. Sick of this.
For the record, this service isn’t new, but this was enough to get me to right a review about. God I hate getting fast food in this town.

The service here was horrible. The "manager" on duty refused to give her name but the cashier was named Kianna L. While taking our order she kept rushing us then asked if we wanted to donate to some organization, we said no & her response was "of course you wouldn't" when we got to the window we asked why she was being rude and she ignored us. so we asked for the number to corporate and they refused so we left. Will never be back.

Watered down beans, lack of ingredients on green burritos, and tiny portions. The prices are ridiculous too. No wonder the restaurant was empty at lunchtime.
