It was 4 people when i ordered my food i fr waited 30 minutes for my food i was gonna cancel my order in the app it wouldn’t let me and when other people walked in to order they got there food first it was nuts tbh they was sitting there like it was so hard to make tacos and before someone comes at me I’ve worked at Taco Bell it’s not hard at all they were just so lost and terrible team leader for them to be that lost and confused The only reason I waited for my food and not canceling my order is because I thought some I thought I would’ve got my refund because how this place was so lost and unorganized

Terrible the fact I paid to get a lux box in drive thru and said I have to come in and get it. If she would have said you must come in and order that because that is an inside price I have respect for that. But to order and pay in drive thru and come in No!. I was the only car and it was not busy. Done with this location.

I came to this Taco Bell location cause my wife is pregnant and was craving taco bell. Won't ever go there again the chick running the drive thru rushed me cause their on a timer of 2:00 mins as a former manager of taco bell and burger king we don't rush the customer cause then they might not get what they want. Second half the food was throwing in the bag and all broken hard shell tacos and missing shit from the order very rude and not good customer service. As least the mangaer working took care of my order the right way but diamonique was very unprofessional.

Bunch of rude employees work here. Pulled up to the drive thru and asked for them to give me some time to look at the menu since it’s been a while that I ordered Taco Bell. Literally after a minute I could hear a girl say “Wooow” and then the guy ask if he can help pick me out something. The girl then says that there’s a timer. Also, there was only my car and another car in front of me in the drive thru so it wasn’t busy at all.

I can't believe your staff was so obtuse that they demanded to see my phone to verify that I actually ordered my own food. That I bought my food.
Then here's the crazy part, you effed up my order. The ing manager, that was so condescending about seeing me verifying my app actually didn't have all my food there.
How pathetic are you, you're so focused on doing other people's jobs like a Dasher, that you mess up an actual customer's order, and then don't even open it up so I can verify it.
If I own this spot I would fire her in a heartbeat.
Actually do your job and get the orders right and stop trying to police your customers
