This is damn near one of the worst Wendy’s around. Customer service horrible and too many young people working with no work or customer experience. I blame management and not having enough training for staff. You go out to where there’s more white people customer service experience is great. This location is convenient but I will start taking my business somewhere else. And the food isn’t always fresh.

I went through the drive-thru, and of course they told me to pull up to wait for my food. After like 5 minutes of waiting I got my food and everything was cold smh.

Burger patty was honestly cold, colder than room temperature. The bun was so stale and hard crumbled apart. Nasty grease soaked cold fry’s. Gave me extra items couldn’t get the order correct. I don’t blame Wendy’s, just the people who worked there that day.

They are short staff every time and they give you drinks with 2 ice cubes. They have you reverse and come back to the window or pull up to door to bring your food out. It’s always something. I won’t be surprise this location close soon

If you've been to this location. You know what it's like. Inside looks fine. But ordering takes forever. They most likely forget about you and then barely speak up to tell you, the order is done. Maybe drive thru is better, but when they packed. You best have nothing to do for the next 30min-hour.

I thought it was okay but when I got my burger it was dry, they also didn't put ketchup on it :(. The entire place was just really crowded when I came in around 7:00 so I'm giving the service of five star

Don't eat here horrible establishment. Food was cold and I dined in.... Couldn't take a photo because I just threw it away. Soda machine is neglected no ice and all sodas were flat. Empty ketchup machines and not set up. Don't provide you with spoons or straws so have to keep going up to ask for things. Get something else to eat it's not worth your hard earned cash. Hopefully they close down soon.
