Don't order from them. Not in person nor through Uber eats. They clearly can't read. They struggle putting what was ordered in a bag and what does make it in the bag is cold. Then the night manager (some lady) is beyond rude. This place sucks!!!

Everything is Distraction & dirty , everyone have a Attitude, the food is not hot enough, the Natural lemonade is Sink water , l even work there before everything is broken the sink to do the dishes, the mop bucket has a hole in it, the walk in cooler smells Weird , things are not closed to put away right , the grills are black dirty but they still cooking on them like it’s cool, and okay, but the black lady manager acts nice but has a attitude , tell u how to do your job , but you been doing your job your own way there was no problem why doing it on your own…. How they gonna shut down Wendy’s Hazel crest when they could’ve fired the lazy workers and hired new workers , Wanna brag about Chicago Heights Wendy’s there dirty wouldn’t eat there if that was the last option on earth… PS they should’ve shutdown Chicago heights.

This establishment is the most unorganized place I’ve ever seen and I’m blind. We went through the drive through the first time and we were missing a small fry and two four piece nuggets and not to sound like a big back but we live in a rough economy right now so you best believe I hit that drive through up again for the missing food. Went back through told them three times what we were missing and they gave us spicy nuggets and chili fries…were white people this spicey stuff not gonna work ya know? But seriously how you mess up that bad people…

I placed a mobile pickup order in drive thru. No greetings. Told me to go to next window. Only to find out he didn’t start my order. They had me pull up n it took them 20 minutes to bring my food. The employees were even arguing with each other. This my 1st review but at least my 3rd time with a bad experience at this location l.

So the food was cold.. burrito I go was cold asked one of the workers to warm it up and they complained to me saying the tortilla is supposed to be cold.. Never in my life have I heard that. Then the egg sandwich was terrible and their were rude and not really energetic to take my order and I bearly heard the cashier

Rude as hell. Did even say hi. Came for a mobile order stood in lobby for a half an hour did have one word spoke to us the whole time. Had an ignorant attitude. Food was cold I watch the throw with the bare hands nuggets and fries from the fry that sat above them cold into the heat lamp! Would never recommend coming here place is absolutely vile this place should be shut down....

Don’t go here these people don’t understand what a SAUSAGE EGG & CHEESE MUFFIN COMBO IS. I had already went back once because they gave me a nasty greasy sandwhich with only egg, sausage and muffin no cheese. I drove all the way to Indiana thinking my order was right since I already came back ONCE FOR TO FIX MY SANDWICH !!! SHE ASKED WHAT DID I HAVE I TOLD HER WHAT IT WAS AND STILL GOT THE WRONG SANDWICH!!!! Look at that grease on that thing I’ll have a heart attack just by eating this.
