Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

The wings came outs very fresh and hot, was mouth watering with hot lemon flavor. It is best food I ever tried. I got 10pc classic hot lemon combo. The ambience was good with a good friendly staff. I recommend to visit and add it to your bucket list.

The short kinda chubby Mexican girl that works the register is rude as heck for no reason at all, service here usually sucks horribly the only person I’ve had good service from was the Mexican young man that typically works the register, and the last time I came in here there was a worm in my chicken. This location should needs to be ran better

I ordered their chicken tenders through uber eats. But What I received does not look like chicken strips, instead it closely resembles a large chicken nugget. These so called tenders are flat with no crispy batter and barely has any chicken in them. It looks like these were a bag of low budget frozen chicken nugget's you could buy from the grocery store. I tried calling the store to complain But got no answer. Mind you I order these chicken tenders all the time so I know that these were not the normal chicken tenders. I believe they ran out and since it was the close to closing time they just gave us anything. I would not recommend going to this location.
Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Chicken sandwiches were not even edible. We couldn't even chew through them, even my dog spit them out. 1 pickle, no mayo, nothing. Never again!!!
