Every time I come to this place the lady who works the desk is very rude and try to treat me like my money isn’t good enough I won’t be going back food was burnt no ice in the machine for drinks pop spilled everywhere floor super slippery customer service doesn’t even check for customers ordering just continue to look at you while u wait in line waited almost 35 mins for my order

Ordered thru door dash last night, got my order delivered in about 25 mins which I was shook. My food was still steaming hot as if it had just came out the grease. It was also very fresh! I ordered again tonight and same thing, delivered very quickly and food was very fresh. I usually go pick up wing stop in matteson but never again. This wingstop has exceeded my expectations!! Thank you guys!! DoorDash as well!

The cashier seemed nice but when I ordered she didn’t give me my receipt or the cup that came with the meal. She never asked me what kind of sauce I wanted so when I got home I had no ranch to go with my wings. The fries were cold and only some parts were seasoned.
