How do you have 5 people working and have an empty pretzel counter. You sold me a burnt pretzel. It fell apart in the bag. This must’ve been sitting there all day, huh? The guy was so quick when he slipped into the bag, shaking my head.

They dont sell bite size cups They'll cut up a full pretzel and dump it in the cup 🥤therefore you have a half cup at full price 👎🏾

I recently visited Auntie Anna Chicago Ridge Mall and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The pretzels were absolutely delicious-soft , warm and perfect baked. they offer a variety of flavors from classic salted to sweet almond. Each pretzel is made a fresh order and you can taste the difference in quality. The staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, even though it was a bit busy they serve my order with a smile and got it ready and no time. I would recommend if you’re craving a tasty snack while shopping.
This was the worst pretzel I have ever had from Auntie Anne's. It was supposed to be cinnamon sugar yet it was salty, sour, soggy, stale, greasy and inedible because of how bad the taste was. It also had hardly any cinnamon or sugar on it. I want a complete refund. It was a waste of money and not worth the price in the first place. There's no way it should cost more than $5.
