I recently visited Auntie Anna Chicago Ridge Mall and I have to say it was a delightful experience! The pretzels were absolutely delicious-soft , warm and perfect baked. they offer a variety of flavors from classic salted to sweet almond. Each pretzel is made a fresh order and you can taste the difference in quality. The staff were also incredibly friendly and efficient, even though it was a bit busy they serve my order with a smile and got it ready and no time. I would recommend if you’re craving a tasty snack while shopping.

This was the worst pretzel I have ever had from Auntie Anne's. It was supposed to be cinnamon sugar yet it was salty, sour, soggy, stale, greasy and inedible because of how bad the taste was. It also had hardly any cinnamon or sugar on it. I want a complete refund. It was a waste of money and not worth the price in the first place. There's no way it should cost more than $5.

Employees unprofessional and racist I stood in line for almost ten minutes they completely skipped me and helped everyone else instead, how disgusting.
Love it!
I've never ordered there but I don't think there is any healthy food I can eat without ruining my diet.
Sweet almond pretzel, picture says it all. Not the first time the pretzel has been burnt.
I absolutely love the pretzels with salt
Great snacks and customer service

Currently at this location which has their hours listed as open at 11 am Sundays. However the employee told us they don't open until noon. Why have the wrong information on Google maps for me to waste time for 1 hour waiting for them to open.
Used to be a great place to get an old fashioned pretzel and lemonade. Now, the trash they hire at this stand ruins the entire experience. I asked for "ONE" cinnamon sugar pretzel, "ONE" pretzel dog, and a large lemonade, and the female worker (who obviously lacks in manners and decent work ethic) decided to give me a cup of hot dog bites and cinnamon sugar bites instead of what I asked for. I didn't even bother arguing with her because she already looked like she hated her job anyways. The total came out to $16.91. The lemonade tasted so watered down, it wasn't even worth drinking. It was nearly sugarless, so I tossed it. So, I paid almost twenty bucks for garbage I didn't even ask for. Thanks Auntie Anne's, for the lack of quality, overrated prices, and terrible customer service. Next time, I'll take my business to Wetzel's Pretzels instead. Don't waste your hard earned money at this kiosk.
Fire ?
One of the pretzels was burned on the bottom and we had already left the mall. Otherwise it's what you can expect at Auntie Anne's. Its a kiosk in the mall so social distancing is difficult but masks are required and they do have the barrier.
Still a steady recipe. It hits the spot in between meals.
