Placed online pickup order. Come to pick it up and they gave my order to the wrong person. Worst part was there was no apologies from staff who said I had to wait 15 min for them to make my order again.

While in the bathroom I seen a worker use the bathroom and not wash her hands after.

I understand it's hard to keep up with orders when it's crowded. However, I was told my order would take 20 minutes. I walked to the counter at 30 minutes and was told 2 more minutes. I waited a total of 45 and they took my ticket and walked to the back. After a few minutes I asked for a refund if my order wasn't ready. Again, they walked to the back and returned with my order. I thanked them and left. No to my surprise, my free bday wings were missing as was my ranch. Food was good, and the staff was polite that's why they get 2 stars.

I usually am not a complainer, I enjoy this place a lot but yesterday I had went to eat a regular meal wings and fries with ranch with my family and after eating the food I had felt very sick and nauseous I didn’t know what was wrong I thought maybe I just had a headache or weather sick but no, I had gotten home and I started throwing up all the wings several times and this morning just to find out I had food poisoning I’m never coming back to this place it just ruined the place for me because this was my spot for wings.

I think BWW changed something, because the last 2 times I had their chicken sandwich it was better than they used to be. Keep up the good work. Nice place.

Newly renovated so it is clean and updated. Lots of seating. Food was solid. Service was a bit slow but if you were relaxing and watching sports, it would have been fine. We were just trying to grab something quick. I had a salad and baked strips with seasoning. Lemon pepper was good and so was the buffalo.
