We always get our wings at this location. I usually get them for pick up. They are super fast in making them and when I get there it's usually ready to go.

Honestly used to come here a lot but now it’s just horrible. The service, the wait time for the food, and the food. The service was so bad our waitress hardly checked in on us until I asked for something. The food we waited over 45 minutes for the food only to find out that they “dropped” our order. We noticed our waitress run to their POS after a while of us not getting our food and looks like she put in our order in. Terrible service honestly never coming here again and no one should eat there.

We got the saddest wings for the 2 time they can NEVER get it right these wing have no sauce and are super dry and NO RANCH ....this is the 4th bww I try and seems they well never get it right...here on back to wing stop

Each time I visit this location, I enjoy it more and more. Stopped by for a quick dinner and the service was great. From the host seating us, to the server, to the manager who thanked us as we exit. Food was great and they offer a good variety.

I went yesterday for dinner bad idea, Ordered wings extra wet and they came out cold and dry, complained to our server about it and they just reheated it because the wings came out very dry. My nachos came out last minute and I ordered mozzarella sticks but they had apparently ran out of the marinera sauce. Overall a horrible experience.

It’s national wings day so I thought let’s get some wings from BWW. We placed the order and it took over an hour, the lines were long and the employees were taking their time moving so slow. Everyone got frustrated so finally we got our order and we brought it home. Those wings were cold, dry, and hard to bite into. The French fries were also cold and hard we threw them in the garbage. It was terrible to say the least, I regretted not going to Charlie’s where the food is always hot and fresh. I definitely won’t be going to BWW again!

We went in for the all you can eat appetizers special. The waitress lied to us and said we had to order entrees in order to do the promotion. Whatever, we obliged to what she said. Later, found out this was not true. The waitress was very rude and did not smile once. She only went to the table to take our order and drop off the bill. She did not give us utensils or napkins. She didn’t bother to as if we needed anything or to refill our waters. Probably won’t bother coming back to this location when you have Chili’s right outside.
