Bartender never came to my end of the bar to ask if I wanted a refill. I asked the kid who brought out my food for ketchup, ranch and napkins, he said with an attitude “ the napkins are right there.” and pointed to the beverage napkins. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

Order for pickup and paid at the website for pickup at 7:40Arrived at 7:50 and they’re telling me my order is “gone”, I ask what they mean it’s gone when I paid for it and they say “they don’t know”, 20 minutes of asking them how is it gone after paying for it and now it is 8:10pm and they told me they’re going to remake my order now. Ridiculous

They take a long time to give you a table, the truth is, the service is very bad. I do not recommend this place. The food is very cold. Bad service. This place is not worth it. The person offering the tables is very rude.

Our table was ready at 7:03pm. We sat down and ordered an appetizer 2 sodas and two adult drinks right away. At 7:30pm we finally got our drinks.... at 7:58 p.m., we were done with our drink, and still no sign of our mozzarella sticks as our appetizers. I went to the host stand, and they were confused as much as I was on our food. Only to be told that "their system went down as my server put our order in"!!! In other words, my server forgot to put in our order and didn't care to ask the whole hour I was there sitting down with my family to see if everything was alright.... I ended up paying for my drinks only and walking out!!!! Horrible service ? I'm glad I got everything else I ordered VOIDED!! STILL HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! PLUS MY SERVER TOOK OUR ORDER ON A NAPKIN SO MAYBE SHE THREW IT OUT???

the servers are thieves. They pocket your money & come back as if you didn’t pay enough. The manager allows this he’s very unprofessional and allow his workers to do anything. LIARS!

We went to eat and the waitres that attends us took my ID when we ask for a beer and same waitres Athens the next table and she didn't ask for the ID cause it was her race she is African American and when I ask why she didn't ask the other table for ID she left and 5 mins later a different waitress came to attend
Terrible service !! I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seated. The waitres came 20 minutes later to take my order and i had to wait 30 minutes for my food to arrive, she also didn't provide customer service. Dont come here!!
