8/15/2024 6:15pm. A few bad apples ruins the whole bushel..I understand you're understaffed,overworked,and overwhelmed but if a customer walks in, give them a smile and recognition. A look and turning around doesn't count. What happened to being courteous. I was about to do drive thru but decided to come in. I was the only one there waiting to order. Cashier and person working at the drive thru, doesn't say a thing. Waited long enough and walked out. I'll spend my money down the street at Culvers.

Very nice service food is fresh and delicious I felt very welcomed. Only problem I had was this family near me letting their kids spill the slushie and drinks everywhere making a whole puddle looking like a lake all over the floor and blaming the workers. Other than that everything was fine.

Very rude customer service. My 10 years daughter spilled coke by mistake and went to ask them to clean it politely. A lady came screaming at all my other kids that she scared them. I always go there and spend more than 50$ everytime. This is the Last time I'll go there and I'll make sure my friends do the same. Don't deserve the one star BTW.

I ordered the whopper jr. Mini combo and was greeted as I walked in by Daija. She helped me select which variety that I wanted. She was very helpful with any questions that I had. The food was hot n ready would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS
