They go above and beyond! Management is wonderful and they thoroughly train their employees. I noticed this because when I was in the dining room, I overheard and I really like how clean and friendly they are there! The food is great and I just got the grilled chicken egg sandwich this morning, and it was perfect! Manager came out and I was able to get it in less than a minute! They have a great attitude, even for customers like us that are in a hurry, and they go above and beyond! I wish that this business continues to thrive! Will keep coming back!

Very upset because I was so excited to eat my 12 piece chicken nugget with my frosted coffee, and when I pulled up to the window they handed me 2 bags, I knew one wasn’t mine because it was soup, I did not order soup. I kindly return it and they ask what else I ordered, I said a frosted coffee. She gives me it, I go home, excited to eat. And they gave me the wrong bag, it was 4 chicken tenders instead of a 12 piece chicken nugget. Very, very, very upset. Food is that serious and this ruined my whole mood.

Ordered on website for breakfast pickup, my Ordered was canceled because I didn't arrive by breakfast hours, ot doesn't say that on wr ebsite, it says just like ordering at any website check in and order will be brought out, i t sucks arriving after coming from a distance to have order canceled 🤬

Asked for fried tender instead of grilled on my wrap, was told they dont do that. Advised I have the same wrap at every Chickfila and showed her my previous orders from the app. The Mgr tells me the reasoning is that they don't have time. Well I stood in their drive thru for quite sometime and that time is precious. I won't return to this location. Since they wouldn't accommodate I orderes 3 tenders and they were completely overcooked. Completely disappointed from this transaction. Willowbrook location would NEVER! I will stick with my Willowbrook going forward. I swear.

I tried to use the app to order as I have been for years and it displayed a message that this location does not participate in the Chick-fil-a One program. Which means you can’t earn points or redeem rewards. I’ll take my business to Canes which is in the same parking lot or Buffalo Wild Wings.
