I tried to use the app to order as I have been for years and it displayed a message that this location does not participate in the Chick-fil-a One program. Which means you can’t earn points or redeem rewards. I’ll take my business to Canes which is in the same parking lot or Buffalo Wild Wings.

This place went downhill. Came here at 10:06am for just a hash brown bowl and it took them 15 mins. And it’s not the first time. Always asking me to pull to the front and wait for 1 item. Seriously? What do you have all these employees for? Might as well save money and cut back on employees if it takes 1000 years for one simple order. Everyone is always walking around confused. And the one manager guy that works mornings, dark hair late 30s coughed on the food while packing it. Do you not know to turn away and cough in your arm?? So over this pathetic location.

If I could give 0 stars I would cause why is there fly eggs on my sandwich. I’ve been eating from them for years and never had a problem with my food til now. Make sure to check yall food before eating!!! Literally want to throw up.
Exceptionally kind staff who are always patient and understanding of orders and wait times. I enjoy their deluxe chicken sandwich and fries, and they do make nice smoothies that sometimes rotate with the seasons.

Worst run Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, very disorganized. Unpleasant staff.
They’re ordering system was down, the manager was yelling through the intercom and I heard everything. Took about 10 minutes to get my order. And then it took 20 minutes to get my order. When I got my order, it was wrong.
