The Hispanic shift lead young lady is very rude. I received a very small ice cream cone. I asked for another one, instead of giving just a little more icecream… she gave me a dissertation on how they measure their ice cream. When I proceeded to let her know I never received a cone so small…. she told she could make another but it’s going to be the same thing. I’ve never been treated so rudely. I would suggest a different location. She also put her hand up when another employee tried to help. Very rude.

Yeah I ordered some chicken from this location and it wasn’t fresh. I will not be returning. Regardless of location, you WILL get served old, lukewarm chicken. It’s the standard with this company.

Had a bad experience at this chik fila a employee said I can’t buy whip cream if it’s for my dog like I get it if I’m not paying but then she says the operator from chik fil a doesn’t allow it, makes no sense so then why have it if they can’t sell whip cream regardless if it’s a dog I’m paying, very insensitive customer service and rude employee
It was so good the food was so amazing and this might be my favorite fast food restaurant that I ever been too this might be better than McDonald's this is my 2nd time coming here and it's a food place to eat 5 stars ?

I placed an online order to pick up via drive-thru. I waited for 25 minutes for my order. The staff was not friendly, nor could they provide an answer as to why the wait was longer for mobile orders versus placing the order when I arrived. I will not visit this Chick-fil-A again.
