It was my first time at cinnabon. I did not understand the menu or know what to get. The employee was very helpful asking me what type flavors do I like and suggested the caramel pecan bun which was great because I like sweet and salty. She also saw me with other shopping bags and asked if I would like a plastic bag to hold everything together to make it easier on me. Such great service

I Went to Cinnabon couple of days ago i got Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Bon made with REESE'S PIECES minibon. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup with REESE's Bon center of the roll and classic bonbites at it's looks good.

when I first arrived I had to wait for up to 15 mins when the man could've taken me before going to get more supplies once I was finally able to order he was friendly but gave me a dry barely iced classic roll

It smells soooo good when I walk towards the store. I can smell it from kohls, that’s how good the smell can reach you!!! Honestly everyone working are all hard working people. They even recommended so many toppings I can put on my Cinnabon which was very helpful. I don’t know why people love to ruin others business but here I am telling you an honest review. I did see this one review about the Cinnabon being “burnt” from the take home box, but honey that’s brown sugar 😂 I guess people love to embarrass themselves, common sense is a privilege no one uses.

I work at the mall and I usually buy a box of Cinnabon for my kids but yesterday I got home and my kids told me they taste bitter and weird so I checked them and they were burnt! So Today June 13, 2025 I went and told them what happen and if they could refound me or give a new box since the ones I got a a burn box and to my surprise he said no because I didn't had the receipt. I told him I threw away the receipt and took pictures before throwing them away. He was so rude and said he couldn't refound me and he couldn't give me his managers number because he didn't had it. Than he ends up calling her after lying about having her number and she tells me the same thing to bring the box back in order to get a new one. I THREW IT AWAY CUZ IT WAS BURNT! as you can see in the Pic not worth it! MAKE SURE YOUR CINNABONS ARE NOT BURN BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

Cinnabon itself is delicious and amazing. However, this location in Chicago Ridge Mall is probably one of the worst you could choose to go to, I finally stopped after the most recent experience where the adult behind the counter tried to hide near the back of the stall while on his phone attempting to waiting until customers went away until a line formed instead. If this had been a teen I probably wouldn't be bothered let alone take the time to write a review because often teens are new to the working experience so it's no big deal to wait a moment or recognize that maybe they feel overwhelmed but to have a full grown adult man try to hide because he's talking to someone on his cell, and gives no indication that it is any kind of urgent call he's taking or understandable situation like that but just doesn't want to be bothered to come to the register, is not okay.

So I ordered online and used the rewards so I had to have the 4 small pieces and this is equal to 8 they were no pecans on and the white sauce too! And the guys was talking on the phone while I was talking to him !! They Charged me for the pecan and the white sauce and he didn’t put them !! The Cinnabon was empty only the dough!

This place is horrible and also, stop icing the buns right after they cone out, it looks as though there is nothing on them, and they have the nerve to charge extra for the containers of sauce and thats not right, it's not like it use to be some Yeats back I been buying them for a long time,

The owner went over and beyond to get a small Cinnabon order delivery to UC Medical Center for same day delivery. When I say he is a impressive young entrepreneur. Everyone please patronize this Cinnabon location in Chicago Ridge Mall and the only location on the Southside.
So, first off, this place smells so amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful with the overwhelming decision on all of the sweets! We got this delivered before and we were really impressed. But, going in and having the whole experience was definitely necessary. The cinnamon rolls are so good, great soft and fresh cinnamon rolls. We got minibons. Definitely go and give this a try!!!
