I bought an extra large decaf coffee with only one cream only around 2.10pm on Jan 1, 2025 and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Just plain colored water. Very untruthful set of folks. I was on the highway b4 I realized . Never trust their coffee. Check in the store b4 leaving. It was a plump bespectacled lady of Asian descent that served it. Bunch of thieves . Similar experience as well on the one by 95th and Ridgeland. I just don’t understand the deception when it’s not even free. I’ll look into making mine at home henceforth

You know you own a coffee shop and you charge extra to give people butter on whatever sandwich they purchase??? Being petty will lose you lots of service... I don't understand how places can carry a business name but do whatever they want. I'd rather eat mcdonald's anyway. It was only sixty cents to make my drink an iced coffee. And my potato side doesn't taste weird.? thanks

Everyone has an attitude at this location. They messed up my order, I went back so they can redo my order and the manager was giving me a hard time to remake something they messed up. Manager name Aurora go to Gloria Jean right next door better service and quality

The manager, I think her name is Aurora, is very rude to the customers. She always has an attitude. I work in the mall and everyone from our store doesn't go there anymore because of her. If she doesn’t like her job she should find a new one. (:

The guy (cashier) wasn’t paying attention to the customers, He did not scan my rewards ID and they gave us the wrong order. We were in a hurry so we didn’t go back and complain. They are not friendly at all.

The woman was rude and doesn’t pick up the phone when it’s ringing. I called the store right in front of her and she didn’t answer. I ordered a dozen donuts and they didn’t have certain ones we wanted, which is fine, but she just replaced them without consulting or asking what I would like as a replacement. I consider this poor service. This store is also located IN the mall. Save yourself the time and go to the one on Ridgeland. They are WONDERFUL people there.

This is overall critique of all stores in the chain. In general I love Dunkin Donuts especially the coffee and bagels. Most of the time the service is good too. However the last five or ten years the variety of foods has diminished. There are less bagel brands and the low cal cream cheese which I usually bought disappeared. The butter pecan coffee and chocolate croissants should be at every Dunkin all the time. Still the gift certificates are useful and it is a good place to meet people.Never too loud and they don't rush you out.
