This is by far the most nasty dunkin I’ve ever gone to. The workers are disgustingly rude. The last three times I’ve gone my lattes have been 99% milk. I asked the rude worker to fix it and she refused. Claiming that that’s how a latte should be, when last time I checked a latte includes espresso. I think it’s ridiculous to be charged for something made so incorrectly. Don’t waste your money on this place 0/10.

I went to Dukin usual get the $5 meal deal and usual comes to $5.55 and today I just wanted to add a blueberry glaze and for some reason it was $10.97 and in my head didn’t think much of it until I pulled off and didn’t think a donut was that much more they definitely over charged me

This location is quick with your order. The staff is nice and efficient. I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with Green Tea and it was the best looking beverage I’ve seen since ordering. Shoutout to the barista that made it cause it looked awesome and lived up to its name.

We use to go out of our way to go here because it was the most consistent tasting Dunkin. But over last few weeks its not. Coffee has been hit or miss and they started charging for a pup cup, which is fine my dog doesnt need one that bad. Today my wife ordered a ice coffee with less ice and they gave us a coffee with at least an inch missing . It was not filled up. I asked clerk about it not filled up she told me that now if you order less ice or no ice thats the new way the coffee is going to come. So i am paying 4 dollars for a ice coffee and want alittle less ice so your going to charge me the same but give me less coffee? Yep time to find another DD.

Very quick morning drive thru service. I go there about 3x/wk, and I can't remember a time that they have gotten my order wrong.
This is twice now. I walk in and ask for 2 xl midnight black. 1st time served me original and I called them out. They told me out of midnight so i asked for my money back Then The other girl said 6-7 min to brew a new midnight pot. I said ok. This morning I go in and ask for same thing. Same shit happened. I said something. The girl was ignorant and said she added expresso to it. Told her that's not what I ordered her: were out of midnight. Me: Well give me my money back. While other girl was giving me refund the other said 6-7 min for midnight. I said no but if u told me that at 1st I would've had no problem waiting. Terrible attitude she had. Glad I saw that and said something, just imagine I had health/heart condition and the expresso triggered it

How can you charge customers for the cup size and not the product itself… they wanted to charge me for a large coffee when I asked for a small coffee in a large cup because I like the extra room. Is this a way to scam people ?? Do better.. when I asked why, the employee with poor attitude said “this is how we charge” I didn’t get anything there and went down the Starbucks and got my coffee with a smile.
