I usually come to this location and I never have a problem but today I came and I got a latte with less ice and half of the cup was empty and I was told that if I get less ice the cup won’t be full all the way even though they charged me extra for it. Then I got a different latte and they messed up my order again with someone’s else. I payed twice and still wasn’t satisfied.

Ordered a large brown sugar shaken espresso and they handed me this 3/4 full cup of cream. I had asked for light ice since I want what I’m already getting over charged for and the woman responds “sorry this is all Dunkin’s recipe makes” never going back to this location

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dunkin’ location for about 10 years, visiting several times a week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The manager, Amin, told employees not to serve me fresh coffee, even when I offered to wait for a new pot. The last cup I got was so bad I had to throw it away. Very disappointed with how regular customers are treated here.

Worst customer service!!!!! my order was wrongfully made ask kindly to remake and received attitude problems! THATS HARASSMENT! It’s not the customer fault that the workers made the order wrong, I asked kindly to remake and y'all get very upset because YOU made it wrong! I also Ask for the recipe from my order and get even talked back and saying rude comments and even want to step outside and scream at the customer like a crazy person! Like what kind of workers does this Dunkin hire! I could have called the police and filed a harassment lawsuit because thats not right!!!

This is by far the most nasty dunkin I’ve ever gone to. The workers are disgustingly rude. The last three times I’ve gone my lattes have been 99% milk. I asked the rude worker to fix it and she refused. Claiming that that’s how a latte should be, when last time I checked a latte includes espresso. I think it’s ridiculous to be charged for something made so incorrectly. Don’t waste your money on this place 0/10.

I asked for very light ice 3XXX and what do they give me!? A cup full of ice!!! Mind you they repeat the order a million times and now they try to give you less of the beverage when you ask for light ice.
I went to Dukin usual get the $5 meal deal and usual comes to $5.55 and today I just wanted to add a blueberry glaze and for some reason it was $10.97 and in my head didn’t think much of it until I pulled off and didn’t think a donut was that much more they definitely over charged me

This location is quick with your order. The staff is nice and efficient. I ordered a Strawberry Dragonfruit refresher with Green Tea and it was the best looking beverage I’ve seen since ordering. Shoutout to the barista that made it cause it looked awesome and lived up to its name.

We use to go out of our way to go here because it was the most consistent tasting Dunkin. But over last few weeks its not. Coffee has been hit or miss and they started charging for a pup cup, which is fine my dog doesnt need one that bad. Today my wife ordered a ice coffee with less ice and they gave us a coffee with at least an inch missing . It was not filled up. I asked clerk about it not filled up she told me that now if you order less ice or no ice thats the new way the coffee is going to come. So i am paying 4 dollars for a ice coffee and want alittle less ice so your going to charge me the same but give me less coffee? Yep time to find another DD.
