This is twice now. I walk in and ask for 2 xl midnight black. 1st time served me original and I called them out. They told me out of midnight so i asked for my money back
Then The other girl said 6-7 min to brew a new midnight pot. I said ok.
This morning I go in and ask for same thing. Same shit happened. I said something. The girl was ignorant and said she added expresso to it. Told her that's not what I ordered her: were out of midnight. Me: Well give me my money back. While other girl was giving me refund the other said 6-7 min for midnight. I said no but if u told me that at 1st I would've had no problem waiting.
Terrible attitude she had. Glad I saw that and said something, just imagine I had health/heart condition and the expresso triggered it

How can you charge customers for the cup size and not the product itself… they wanted to charge me for a large coffee when I asked for a small coffee in a large cup because I like the extra room. Is this a way to scam people ?? Do better.. when I asked why, the employee with poor attitude said “this is how we charge” I didn’t get anything there and went down the Starbucks and got my coffee with a smile.

Workers are nice and move fast but the hash browns are ALWAYS cold. Have been for months every time I come in the morning between 530-6am. I stopped getting food and only got coffee for months only just started getting the loaded hash browns and they’re cold won’t get them again. Coffee has been great!

i go to this dunkin almost everyday since i work in the mall across the street. i don’t know her name but the lovely lady working the drive thru almost every morning on weekdays is so so nice. no matter what she’s kind and always has a smile on her face. working customer service i know how rushed and tight some people can be but she’s always kind. ugh i just love her. she deserves the world. makes my day

During my visit, I requested a mix of Munchkins that included glazed, powdered, and chocolate varieties. However, when I received my order, the glazed Munchkins were missing. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, who went back to retrieve the missing Munchkins. To my dismay, she threw the glazed Munchkins into the bag in a careless manner and handed it to me as if it were garbage. Furthermore, she did this with an angry attitude, which made the experience even more unpleasant.

I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from your staff, and this experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope you will address this matter with the concerned staff to ensure better service in the future. This happened on July 30, 2024 around 4 PM. I tried getting the name of the cashier but when I called back they refused to give me the cashier’s name. This happened on July 30, 2024 around 4 pm. Was unable to get the cashier’s name.
