Never have a problem when I visited this location during my trips to Chicago Ridge Mall. So the service is always good and fasts. Plus the DD stand itself stays pretty clean it is never REALLY messy.

Ordered my coffee on the app and still had to wait for it for over 20 minutes, no one greets you when you walk in and they all look at you like ugh another customer. Waited in line to tell them I was there for my Mobil order and didn’t even bother making it until 10 minutes later and even while he was making it he took his sweet time. I’ve never seen someone work so slow making n iced latte! Bad bad service and rude customer service it’s sad how youth is so lazy and rude.

I ordered Large Iced coffee; etc.... Wait before I ordered A couple walked in front of me like I was invisible; I politely said Excuse Me I'm in line mind you the cashier looking at all this didn't open her mouth; she could have said I'm sorry just a minute someone is ahead of you. I should have went to Gloria Jean then. I forget my order messing with subhumans. Anywho. I asked for 10 and 10 this damn coffee taste like water. Never again.karma. they won't be their long. I don't know why I went in. I saw the guy making the orders with gloves on that's what made me try them again because when they first opened I stopped by and was going to buy sum donuts but I saw flies in the case. Where are the black owned Dunkin donuts?

I work at the zumiez across the way, so I’m here pretty much every shift, I’ve very rarely had issues here. And the workers are always kind. They are busy often so they may not come across as friendly. But being someone who worked in food service for 4 years I never take it personally. If you’re in the mall and don’t wanna pay Gloria Jeans prices for coffee, Dunkin is a fine choice.

My mother and 11 year old sister who has autism ordered a crossaint sandwich and had asked the worker whose name is AURORA to not burn the bread because my sister will eat it that way due to her condition. Aurora was very rude towards my mother even though my mom had told her the reason why she made that resquest. She went ahead and took out the sandwich almost burned and was making excuses why she didn't want to make a new one and even told my mom that sje isn't a 'clown'. My mom didnt even call her names. Aurora went ahead and slammed the burnt sandwich in the garbage.I hope this review reaches to corporate and do something about workers like her.
Horrible. Not only did they give me the completely wrong breakfast sandwich but they also forgot to give me the rest of my hash browns when I asked for 3 and only got 1.

This is a review of the Dunkin Donuts in Chicago Ridge Mall which I only occasionally patronize. The workers are fine, and the lines are never long. But this has the least variety of donuts in any DD I have ever seen. And id there are hardly any donuts to choose from isn't that defeating the very purpose of the store? Oh and there is also tasty but overpriced ice cream and I have never seen a coupon for this location.

From the crowd inside this store, seems like “America really does run on Dunkin”! I had seen a commercial about the new summer time refreshers and just had to try one. So glad I did. The mango pineapple refresher was delicious and can be made with your choice of lemonade or green tea. Cant wait to come back for the strawberry dragonfruit or the creamy peach.
