The waffles taste very dough-y, like it’s not cooked all the way. Bathrooms very dirty.

Place is very cute but the food is definitely not the best. Over hyped and the ice cream taste very fake. Cute place, but go somewhere else for your ice cream.

They had me wait 15 mins for 2 scoops of ice cream just to tell me that one of the flavors was frozen and that I had to chose something else and when I said I’ll wait for the flavor that I ordered, they started having an attitude. Then I asked to cancel the order and get my money back that’s when they started apologizing and gave me the money back. This is not right. You can’t advertise something and have people show up and do them like that. Don’t tip before you get your order. They did all this even after I added a tip……

Very different flavors of ice cream and they are very good. The waffle cone was tasty. Good portions 2 Scoops in a waffle cone for $6.50.

Really disappointing when I find out that the Tips doesn’t give it to the employees!!!!!????? When you left the tip are for the employees, not for the manager or the owners? so please do not leave a tip!!?

My first time here and I love the atmosphere! Very colorful and inviting. I had the eiffle'ade blue raspberry with nerds. Delicious! Finally a blue raspberry that tastes like it should. I highly recommend this place!

I went in yesterday morning with my two kids the young gentleman at the register is very polite and did his job so well! A lot of these youth are so rude and short when it comes to work. He was the complete opposite! He truly made the experience better! Definitely will be back. The quality and the ice cream was delicious.
