We were here on a Saturday lunchtime. The food was good. The service (server Brittany) was so friendly and helpful! The music was good and not too loud and it was quiet and comfortable. This is a winner - Loved it!

This place is so underrated. I had a chicken Ceaser salad, 10 shareable wings and the Mystic burger and it was perfect. The barbecue sauce on the burger was delicious the bun was soft and the patties was did to perfection. Definitely will be back.

The host was tardy seating me, the tables were sticky, the wait staff requires more training in hospitality and English classes. My order esthetically was slopped together too much sauce, I asked for no onions, bacon not cooked & I did ask that it was properly cooked, medium well thin burger and it was pink, the guy kept wiping sweat off his forehead handling food, no water brought to the tables. They sell water bottles, and they have plastic ware that you have to ask for. I didn't have a bad day. There were 2 young men complaining about how long it took to get their food with only 2 tables of guests, not busy at all. I actually was coming to Red Robins for a good quality burger. I paid $5.83 for fries and a bottle of water.
To the owner if you acted like you cared when I mentioned it to you, my score would be the same but I would've kept the details to myself. Take this as constructive criticism. Good luck in your future endeavors Sir. Good day
