Food was fair the last time we went so we decided to give it another try. Seated by hostess, not busy at all and after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged by wait staff we left. Sad to what this place has become.

Funeral luncheon. Service very slow waited over hour and a half. Started eating 3pm.

I called the restaurant and asked what was included in their Wednesday special. However, when we ordered the waitress said I was given misinformation and would not honor what the hostess told me. The issue was only a dinner salad. I asked to speak with the manager and the waitress said she was the manager. I told her she was exhibiting very poor customer service but it was the old "rules are rules " mentality. A little training at a Lettuce Entertain You type of operation would surely be helpful for her customer service skills.

Respectful, accommodating, helpful, kind, great tasting food, appropriate food temperatures during each course served, timely service, did not feel rushed, any background music was exactly that, we were not competing to be heard by our table mates. We visited after a funeral service and felt welcomed, safe, and in an atmosphere, allowing for adequate bonding to occur. Thank you for helping us create purposeful moments while respecting the past. Jenny’s had a special last night: spinach stuffed chicken with roasted Parmesan potatoes. I have to tell you……it was out of this world; absolutely delicious!! I hope they will offer this often.

Yesterday was my first time there, everyone was super friendly and welcoming which makes this review difficult. I ordered 2 T-bone steaks one medium rare the other medium well. Both come out looking aesthetically pleasing but completely devoid of seasoning, it was very bland and rubber like at almost $50 a steak I expected better. Steak was completely unedible which greatly effected our experience. All in all this experience almost soured me on never coming there again. My advice to Jenny's is if you pride yourselves on being a steakhouse then learning how to make and season steaks would be a great start.

Had lunch and the food was bland. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised that a banquet place would serve banquet-like food for a sit down lunch.

Came here for a post-funeral luncheon. The food was not good at all, I'd recommend trying somewhere else for a banquet type of gathering. Beef was super dry, chicken was meh tasting, mashed potatoes were alright, pasta with sausage was average. The waitstaff was attentive and nice.

Amazing experience here! I'm from Peoria so my steak usually doesn't come cooked the way I ordered, but coming here has set the bar high. Ox tail soup was delicous, steaks were cooked perfectly to order and the waitress was fast and curteous even during the busy rush. Highest regards to the restaurant and will be making the trek back to bring the grandpa.
