Inside of the restaurant is welcoming and nice casual atmosphere.Service was initially good when the waitress explained the hot pot option vs the Kbbq option. However, it after the first order of meats was placed and brought to our table, the server and the person who is responsible for carting the meats to us was MIA!We waited over 30minutes for an additional serving of two pieces of steak. Never arrived to the table. Very disappointing and frustrating. We couldn't wait any longer, so we paid the bill and left. The side option bar is very simple. Not many side options. There's French fries, jello squares, "Gordon Foods"Sheet cake cut into squares, sesame balls and mini egg rolls.Food is no different from any other Korean BBQ restaurants. So the service should be a priority. No table service should be unattended for over 35 minutes.Just NOT a great experience.

Been here a few times, when it's busy you have to order your next round of food when the first one arrives. The spicy salmon was sooo chewy and was cooked at the recommended time of 2-3 minutes. All other bbq options were absolutely delicious during the dinner service. We were given butter and oil when seated, which was a first for us since we've been going here sporadically since the soft open.

So... great little spot. I love this spot. You grill your meat at your table AND you have hot pot. Whaaat? You place your orders on an iPad and just yeah. Good food. Great food. And our service was really nice. There is a small buffet with condiments and "sides". All very good. I do think they overcharged us. They don't offer a receipt but once we got in the car we realized that we paid for almost another person. So be careful upon payment. KNOW what you're paying for. And request a receipt. I didn't deduct a star for this because, ultimately, that was our mistake. They do have a time limit. 2 hours. And they do charge for uneaten food. There is a lot for parking.

Love the option of grill and hot pot. Great broth options! The tablet at the table makes it easy to order and the bar to custom make sauces is my favorite

Soo, as a European on a visit to the USA, here is a little quick summary for any EU visiting this place. When you order via the touchpad let everyone pick before you hit the order button if your more then one. Its best to order small portions multiple times reather then one massive one, sense you will be charged for left over food, dont waist food. The food is good. And you will get full quicker then you think. Also you should try this. Its liquor and its a 12% so be mindful, but its really good, and if you alone on one bottle, you will get a good buzz..Staff can be busy at times to bring the Patience, we are known for.

Favorite thing: Option and selection of meats for both hot pot and Kbbq at a fair price. There's is not a "premium level" of meats, but they still have a good amount of options. The meat was good. It would receive at least 4 stars if the staffing and management could handle the size of the restaurant. Restroom countertops had pools of water around the sink, garbage in the stalls were overflowing, floors were sticky, and urine was all over the toilet seats (probably from no one wanting to properly sit from how unkept everything felt). It was a busy Saturday night and we were patient. We were told we were hitting our 2 hour limit and the manager(?) shut off our grill. Totally fair if it didn't take 20-30 minutes to receive our meat, wait 10 minutes for our grill change, and when we still have uncooked meat on the grill as he turned it off. We are used to Mr. Kimchi, and we're disappointed at our the lack of sides we are used to like corn cheese, fish cakes, etc. I would recommend this to anyone who are in the area and do not have other kbbq options in the area, or want to enjoy both hot pot and bbq. Unknown opinion: hot pot. Didn't have it.

If I was to base this place just in the food it's an 8/10. The customer service was well 5/10. But when I returned my drink and told them it tasted like water not sweat or taste the alcohol, they remade it, but it taste the same. The bar is not capable of making basic dinks. The ambiance of the as a whole was not well 3/10. The seats at the booth was moving and not anchored down. The other costumers was making my experience horrible. Not to mention extreme smoke all the cookers made and the smoke not moving up and outside needs replaced or repaired badly. Over all they only thing was the nice booth tables and the food. Would go back only if they fixed the issues.

This was our first time.At this restaurant we went there to celebrate our grandsons 18th birthday. We live about 45 minutes away. We could went to a Korean barbecue in Mequon, but we. Having been to the iron age barbecue in Chicago. We figured we would give this new restaurant a try. Big mistake, big big mistake. We set down and gave the waitress. Our drink orders. And she explained to us about ordering. We ordered some items for the 5 of us they came out. It was enough food to feed 2 people went to reorder. And we waited for over 15 minutes. And I asked the waitress what's going on with our food. She went to check and apparently there was a problem with sending the order. So we had a resend it now. We're waiting 25 minutes for food. After the little bit that they gave us the first time for 5 people, the amount they Us was terrible the food they brought out. The second time had no taste for the Chicken pagolgi, The steaks were tough. the short ribs that they're brought out. Were basically bones like they cut the meat off. The seafood was so over spiced no one wanted to eat it. I reordered some bulgogi, and after cooking it i found out it was spicy, i cannot eat spicy food. Yes we ate. but tough and over spiced items were terrible.for the amount of money i spend, im glad we didnt take the hot pot.I don't think we will return there. Im a disabled veteran and i dont care for subpar meat items. I would have rather driven to chicago for good food.

Food wasn’t that great, according to my girlfriend who ate. I didn’t eat since I had already eaten earlier and I was still charged just for being there? Don’t understand that.

I been in 3 different korean bbq places and this is the best. I decided to ordering the hot pot and the bbq and there was plenty of choices to add to the hot pot and to choose for the bbq.

Great food is fresh. It's unusual for a BBQ buffet, but I enjoyed it. I will return very nice
