If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager on Duty with the winged eyeliner and matte maroon lipstick was unprofessional. The food quality is trash, not fresh whatsoever. I asked for a refund and wasn’t granted one. I then asked to have fruit switched out because it was rock solid, and she still said no.
She stated, “ask a customer you should ask for fruit that is in season, if you don’t, you get what you get.”
So now as a customer I’m in charge of making sure I get quality fruit? This place is a joke.

Awful customer service. Quality of the fruit was absolutely horrible. I brought it up to the manager that was present, apparently we're supposed to ask if the fruit is “in season.” Mango was rock solid and watermelon was soggy/mush. She didn't offer to switch out for different fruit or a refund.

I really hope you read this comment before coming here. If I could rate this shop 0 stars I would! I ordered a fruit cocktail with mango and watermelon, paid and then tried the fruit. The mango was so hard and flavorless, I asked them if they could replace the mango for watermelon because I couldn’t even bite it and they refused. They told me the mango was out of season and that I should have asked if the fruit was good before ordering. Excuse me?! I’m assuming if you’re selling it that it’s edible and I’ve never had to ask at any other establishment if their fruit is good. It is very bad practices at this shop, especially after not even asking for a refund. I would save my money and go somewhere else. Please please do not support this business.

Every time I go to this location the vibes are great. They are always playing the best music and the staff is always outgoing and willing to help me figure out what I want to order. Their ice cream is so good and they have a good variety of flavors too. It’s always a must when I am shopping around Chicago Ridge.

I ordered tostilocos and received this. Idk what it is but has sour cream and cheese. When I had told the lady this was not what I ordered instead of asking if it can be remade like any other place she said “that’s just how we make it” I’ve never seen tostilocos made this way. It was disgusting! Very disappointed.

Staff is a rude and doesn’t really know their prices and items on the menu. I went back and forth for some time about nachos… Their Mexican style nachos include the chips, cheese, jalapeños, sour cream and meat, but a cost of 7.99. However, for the nachos with only cheese I was told I must pay full price as well. This michoacana is just like every other but the prices are just way over the top. If you’re a customer paying $7+ for a small snack and $5+ for a drink, the least they can do is treat you NICELY.

Hello, is there any email or contact person to put a complain against the manager at the location at the chicago ridge mall she was careless, dismisive, and with zero customer service skills I was requesting a 2 flavor incream on a small cup she just said no with an attitude she could have said ok but gotta charge a bit extra at the end it was the same amount of one scoop just little of one flavor and little of the other one then I requested an extra little cup and again with an attitude she said gotta charge it!.. it is not the money is the principal and the attitude, she should not be in charge of others training they will follow the same example poor customer service and bad attitud at the end she is the face of your location and she is not giving a good first impresion ... by reading the reviews a lot of people complain about your staff attitudes more than your product that should be a redflag. I was going to get more things for me, my son and friends on top of the ice creamBut due to the issue , I just left, you lost money, a new recurrent customer because I live around the area, I am sure I am not the only one with the same issue, I will publish my review on every social media until I can contact someone. There should be some kind of contact info for any complain or suggestion, she just said nope nothing!!! They will never get my money again!!!
