I guess my friend and I presence had the staff defensive because before we even ordered no one wanted to take it in the first place. Don’t go here unless you know everything on the menu, otherwise the staff will look at you crazy and are no help with recommendations. This was our first time coming from out of town and I would not recommend. Nothing is freshly made. We both ordered the deep fried ice cream sundae which tasted like old grease from whatever previous day they decided to store and then serve to us.

The driest empanadas on the face of the planet!!! The pastry was thick dry and flavorless. Once the pastry broke on my palate, it transformed to a dry paste. The filling inside was as dry like freeze dried fruit. The chocolate was hard. The pastry was overall stale. They wouldn’t exchange or give me my money back because they claim they meant to make it that disgusting. They keep trying to convince me that, because I’m not Mexican, that I don’t know how an empanada supposed to taste. The food was clearly old and dried out. DON’T waste your money here!!!

Great service, food is amazing. I come in for just ice cream I end up getting everything. Prices are so reasonable, a bit pricey but for a mall it’s very good. All items are fresh and tasty! Very clean and spotless!

I frequently go to this Michoacana and the staff there is super nice and helpful! I often have trouble deciding what I want as an indecisive person so they always give me good suggestions. The prices are definitely slightly higher than other locations but the food quality is definitely worth it!
Very good snacks, never disappointing. But it seems like each time I come in the girls look annoyed/mad to serve their customers. Also since when did we start charging for forks ???? Hello ?

After shopping at the mall, we decided to stop by and get some ice cream. My daughter got the bubble gum ice cream and it was delicious! Staff was very nice.

This place is amazing!!! I drove with my children to the mall. A hate malls, but this place Warmed my heart. Chantel is the greatest, most patient server in the entire world. Can’t wait to go again next week!!!!

Where do I start? This place is foul! My first visit to this place was a terrible one. There was a customer who was giving the staff a hard time. I do admit the customer was being rather rude and disrespectful. There were two tall men who were supposedly the managers and they were handling the situation. However, once they go to the back (keep in mind I was near the register paying for my corn) I heard the two managers calling the customer a “f#ggot” and “homo”. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever heard. For such language to be used by the managers is disgusting! I came back once more because my son wanted an ice cream. He was crying to get one so I had to suck it up and get him one even though I swore I would never return. I got there at the right time because the same manager and someone who seemed to be his wife were in the middle of a discussion with a younger girl and her father. Apparently there was a situation with a pistachio in the ice cream and the managers were denying responsibility! They were gaslighting the poor girl. It’s honestly sad. Don’t take your business with these ignorant people.
