Walked into the mall at 6:35pm. Mall closes at 7pm. Guy has the place roped off and is hiding in the back. Comes Back up front and says yeah we’re closed. Not just this store but apparent a few other stores. It may be time to find some new employees or stop being too cheap to pay them past 7.

Don't order cookie cakes from here. Ordered two days in advance, paid and they didn't have it ready at requested time. Told us to come back an hour later and it still wasn't ready. Awful management

And also thankful for the Orland Park artist for creating such an original, unique creation. The birthday girl said she was obsessed! So happy it all worked out and you guys are great. Thank you!

Called to place an order at 5:30pm for a box of cookies and they told me they already turned off their ovens? I asked them what time they closed and they told me 7pm.. you have to turn off your ovens that early? Sounds like laziness to me..

I went in for cookies they told me 20 to 25 mins for cookies .I come back 20 mins later oh it was busy 20 to 25 more minutes.yea I won't be waiting ✌

Haven't been to mrs. Fields in a few years but from what remember they used to be bigger and thicker. I feel like they got smaller and thinner and are over priced I don't think I'll be going to any mrs. Fields again to pricey
