We had one of the best experiences in restaurants. Staff members were very nice, specially our waitress (Payten). Food was excellent and portions were great. I truly recommend this place to have a pleasant time.

Hostess wasn’t friendly at all when we walked in. We had asked for a booth and she said “we don’t have any booths available right now” there was two booths occupied out of 6 and the rest were DIRTY with plates and cups still there. Who knows how long they were there for. Gave us attitude when we asked if it was possible to get one cleaned up & she said “well I don’t know how long it will take” Everyone around the world is short staffed but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to customers. On the other hand our waitress was very nice & friendly.

Visitied the evening of August 6th. No service. Entrance was crowded with sitting staff. We were guided to our table after an awkward pause of everyone just starring at us. Once seated, our table was neglected of service for about twenty minutes, even though there was staff walking around starring at us in an empty restaurant. After finally waiving someone down to verbally notify them of the lack of attention, a server came by to take our order. We explained how long we've been waiting to order our meals. She asked for the drinks we were having and walked away, regardless of being told we were ready to order. Waited another ten minutes to get our drinks before we decided they weren't ever going to get to us and it was time to go to chilis instead. On our way out, the manager, I'm assuming, mumbled off as we walked out. The wait would've been tolerable if it were a busy night for them or the establishment was understaffed but it was quite the opposite. Felt insulting.

Had a Whiskey BBQ burger, traditional BBQ wings and a pear lemonade drink that was amazing ? service was good ambience was comfortable. The rug needs cleaning though it was sticky walking towards our booth. Other than that it was good.

No wait for a table, food arrived super fast. Staff was friendly and courteous. Manager was attentive making sure customers were accommodated and satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

Almost everything was wonderful. Burgers are always delicious and, you can't lose with bottomless fries! There was a discrepancy with the drink that I ordered. I don't think it's too much to expect that what you order is relatively similar to the pictures on the menu or electronic kiosk on the table. I pointed out that my drink is supposed to have whipped cream & a cherry on it and, it didn't. Someone made another version of the drink with whipped cream, no cherry. Another young lady came by and asked how everything was. I explained the situation & she brought me 2 cherries in a small cup. I appreciated the effort but, it was a little frustrating to deal with.

Nice presentation and tasty. Just never quite a 5 star as far as taste goes. However, the waitress we had was phenomenal. She understood the importance of great customer service and a smile!!!

Trash. Terrible. How are the fries supposed to be bottomless but they take forever to come? Our waitress barely came to check on us. If it wasn’t for the tablet on the table we would love waited forever to pay. Do better. Spent almost 2 1/2 hours here.

My husband and I came in Monday around 6:30/7pm first of all the lady that took my name at the door rubbed me the wrong way by a comment she made even after looking past that we sat in the front for over 20 min.after being seated we sat in the back for another 20/25 minutes my husband had to go find someone to wait on us she explained that she was the ONLY SERVER i ordered fish and garlic fries they were warm and my fish was swimming in oilONE positive note my husband was ok with his food Don’t know if I will be back may try Buffalo wild wings next timeWORD OF ADVICE; if you’re not able to properly serve people be it the lack of staff or lack of training DON’T OPEN

Great food, with great service. My wife and some of our family visited and have no regrets. The waitress was great. The manager came and checked to make sure we were all satisfied. My favorite thing was the pineapple upside down shake, it's a MUST TRY.

Unfortunately our family and I had a very bad experience. This location was not up to par like other Red Robin’s we have previously visited. Our drinks had to be “sniffed” to figure out which was coke and root beer. We sat for 20 mins before we were asked what we our BEVERAGE order was. The food we ordered took over an hour. I had to get up and ask for napkins , refills on drinks , etc. ….. Our Order arrived cold . I had to remove all appetizer plates myself to get the table cleaned up , so I just placed them on another table . Instead of the employee asking if we needed anything instead she stated sorry I’m looking for Easter eggs for a “Easter egg hunt” ? I mean honestly it was just horrible . As an individual who worked in the service industry for many years this was unacceptable.

Dion was an amazing service even tho he wasn't our server! He helped our server out with the kindness in his heart. He loves his job and making consumers happy you can tell it in his tone and manners! We love to see it after waiting 45 minutes! We tip them well and the staff is AMAZING PEOPLE LOVE YALL! I Hope you go far Dion!

I went to the Red Robin in Orland Park about a month ago and the food and service was excellent. I had a taste for their food again, and was reminded by my daughter that there was a location closer to home; Chicago Ridge. I've attempted to eat here twice and both resulted in frustration. The first time was last weekend during the day. We walked in and the person at the stand said, "I can put you on a waiting list, but we have 1 waitress, the other might be on the way and the kitchen staff just got here, so I'll put you on the waiting list, I just can't confirm you'll be called" sigh. I left, went to another restaurant and had eaten my meal before receiving my text from Red Robin..Happened again yesterday. That was it for me, never returning. Just shut down until you're at proper staffing levels.
