Ordered uber eats at 3pm. Called around 430 because i kept seeing my uber eats driver was being switched. I called the restaurant. Broken English man told me 30 more minutes. Then someone else came on the phone and told me it was already picked up. The very next minite my order was cancelled on uber eats. Its obvious drivers were coming into the store to pick up my order and it was not ready. Hence qhy the man on the phone told me 30 more minutes. Dont have food apps if youre not going to hold ip ypur end of the bargain. I was absolutely upset with my expectations and experience.

They don’t know what time they’re supposed to be open. We came for lunch at 11:05 and was told we need to wait 10 minutes.. because they were all late to work. I guess that’s what we’re doing these days.

Every time we order a whole pizza, there’s a lady making them, she ALWAYS has the worst attitude, is like she doesn’t want to be bother with orders, my son now he doesn’t want to eat sbarros he feels that she will spit on his pizza, she acts like she is the owner, isn’t she happy with her job, then maybe she has to change jobs, we hate coming and see her, we just turn around and leave, every time she said “it will be an hour”. We are done with sbarros

Omg! Was so happy and surprised to see Sbarro still in the food court of the mall! Had to grab a couple of slices. Pizza still taste like it did when I was in high school. (That was one of our meeting grounds in my day afterschool). Had the cheese slice and the mushroom and spinach slice as well. Was so good!. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been getting pizza from this location for YEARS. But recently, the past few times, everyone working here is completely incompetent, RUDE and just overall horrible! They don’t care about their job, they don’t care about the pizza, they absolutely don’t care about ANYTHING. You can hear them cursing, bantering with each other, paying ZERO attention to the line. Why are these people working at a job they care a solid NOTHING about? Terrible, horrible experience. Close it down!

Recently went to this location to order a pizza waited in line for 15min for assistance (no other customers in line). Continuously over looked by the manger. Unable to get any assistance. Everyone seemed lost or oblivious. I would never recommend this
